"Our stay was great! A special thanks to the front desk for the free room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The location is excellent, very close to the Changbai Mountain Chixi Distribution Center, less than a five-minute walk, which made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped, the kettle worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious. We stayed for two nights, and during our extended stay, housekeeping promptly cleared trash and restocked disposables like toothbrushes. The room had free WiFi with normal speeds, and it was generally quiet with no significant noise disturbance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the west slope of Changbai Mountain."

"Came to see Tianchi Lake with a friend, and the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were very diligent and responsible. It was wonderful; we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of our Northeastern friends! When we left, the young lady at the front desk even saw us out. This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

My flight landed in Changbai Mountain at 11:15 PM, and I had tickets for the West Slope at 7:30 AM the next day. After much deliberation, I chose the Blue River Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. It saved me both travel time and distance, and I had a comfortable and safe stay. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right at the old West Slope entrance. This saved me the trip from Wanda or the town to the main entrance, and then to the old entrance. From the old entrance, you just take a shuttle bus into the West Slope scenic area, and it drops you right at the base of Tianchi Lake. The hotel lobby is incredibly spacious, parking is convenient, the rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary welcome fruit. Breakfast starts promptly at 7 AM, with a good variety of options. The taste was decent, and I even snuck out two steamed buns to eat on the mountain 😂. I highly recommend the peach juice; the peaches 🍑 from Changbai Mountain are incredibly appealing. The front desk staff were so polite I almost felt embarrassed 😅. When I checked in, they recognized my name from a distance. The next day, as I left, they reminded me to take my umbrella. And when I returned in the afternoon to collect my luggage after exploring, they gave me more fruit and water, and kept asking if there was anything they could have done better. In summary, while the facilities might be a bit older, their shortcomings don't overshadow the positives. I highly recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone following a similar itinerary as mine.

The room was incredibly unique, exquisite, and very well-maintained. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design, and the color scheme was beautiful. Everything from check-in to communication with the butler was seamless. The complimentary activities offered by the hotel were great fun, especially the rafting, which was quite interesting. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, the best I've had among several hotels in Changbai Mountain. I personally really loved this hotel. For someone who dislikes crowds, I absolutely adored the tranquility and the sounds of birds and flowers here. The hotel's main restaurant was also fantastic. Huameishengdi (presumably a hotel or resort area) is far superior to Wanda overall. If you're looking for a resort-like experience, don't hesitate – choose Huameishengdi, and specifically this hotel (the complimentary benefits are also very comprehensive!).

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

The hotel facilities are new, and the environment is nice; it's a great resort hotel. However, the service and operation of the hotel, or rather, the Huamei Resort, are really subpar! For example: 1. We booked a Huimei Suite for 4 adults and 2 children, but we only received one cup of frozen pear juice per night. How are we supposed to share that among five people? When we stayed at the Guanlan Hotel, everyone got a cup of frozen pear juice every night. I can't believe how stingy you are! I really didn't expect this! 2. We encountered rainy weather, so we couldn't go out, and many activities and amenities were closed due to the weather. The glass skywalk is under the bridge, so it wouldn't get wet. I completely don't understand why it also had to close due to the weather. You still charged us the full price despite so many activities not operating. And what about when the weather cleared up the next day? Everyone needed to take a shuttle bus to the activity points, but did your shuttle bus service immediately keep up? Do you know how difficult it was for us to go back and forth on the shuttle bus? You clearly didn't have any emergency plans before the Mid-Autumn Festival; you just focused on collecting money, didn't you? 3. The actual operating times for many activities listed on Ctrip did not match the reality and kept changing! For instance, rafting was supposedly at 9 AM and 11 AM, but only after arriving did we find out it had been changed to 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM...

Our group of 11 carefully selected this hotel after much deliberation. Since it was very close to the ticket gate, we didn't expect anything special. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming upon check-in, quickly assigning us room numbers. When we entered the room, we were all astonished by its spaciousness, smart toilet, and enormous smart bathroom. The bed was exceptionally white and felt luxurious to lie on. Air conditioning and a TV were all functional, not just for show. For this price, everything here was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff and owner explained the attractions and suggested alternative places to visit and eat. We tried them out, and they were indeed excellent. One of my companions even lost her phone at a foot massage parlor in the city, and the owner helped her find it – a truly heartwarming gesture. Having traveled independently for years, I never leave positive or negative reviews; everything comes and goes naturally. But after staying at Jintang, I couldn't help but write something. In short, for hotels in the Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area tourist distribution center, Jintang is definitely the top choice.

This is definitely the go-to resort hotel in the Huamei Resort area. Located on a hill, it felt like a tranquil oasis during the peak summer season, especially compared to the crowded commercial street and hotel district downhill. It truly offered a vacation vibe. The room had a fantastic mountain view from the foothills, and the balcony was sunny with expansive, unobstructed views of Changbai Mountain. The small infinity pool with a hot tub was excellent, measuring 15 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. The hotel's decor featured a lot of wood tones, and the bathroom was fully equipped with Kohler fixtures, including a convenient electric bidet toilet. The breakfast restaurant was small but elegant, with well-arranged seating. Overall, it was the most satisfying stay during our holiday. Special thanks to Xiao Wei and Xiao Zhuang; one of our rooms even got upgraded to a suite. There's also a cat in the hotel garden! Transportation tip: If you're driving, you can park right outside the hotel on the roadside; there are plenty of spots. Outside the main entrance, you can also rent shared electric scooters for the scenic area by scanning a QR code. For public transport, there's a scenic area shuttle bus that stops right at the hotel's main entrance.

The hot springs are fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and it's not crowded. Compared to several other hot spring hotels, this one offers the best value for money. If you're visiting the West Scenic Area, you might consider staying here. The breakfast is also good, though the room facilities are a bit dated.

The room was overall great, clean, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly resolving any issues we had during check-in and efficiently handling reservations for activities. The only drawback was the subpar buffet restaurant. The Saturday night barbecue buffet offered only a few types of grilled meat, and the taste was mediocre. The overall variety of dishes was also limited, and breakfast wasn't much better in terms of selection. For a resort hotel, the dining options could definitely be improved. However, the Chinese restaurant was quite good, and their 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was very authentic.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
