Guest UserThis hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

Guest UserAlthough the facilities aren't brand new, they are very clean, and the bedding is spotless. Even though there's no air conditioning, it wasn't hot at all at night; I even needed a blanket in the middle of the night. All the staff were lovely, especially Crispy Shark at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and reminded us to close the window because it would get cold at night.

Guest UserHow can you visit Northeast China without experiencing a traditional 'kang' (heated bed)? This resort is tucked away deep inside the scenic area, offering peace and quiet, and plenty of fresh air. This trip, we, three adults and two children, stayed in two family deluxe rooms, and it was the most comfortable three days of our Jilin trip. The rooms were spacious, and the three-meter-wide kang easily accommodated three people. The restaurant also offered great food at reasonable prices, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We couldn't even use all the perks the resort offered; the kids absolutely loved the hot springs and didn't want to leave even after two days of soaking. Next time, I'd love to try visiting in winter.

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

Guest UserThe hotel service was incredibly thoughtful! I was upgraded to a suite on the day of check-in, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a stunning view of the snowy landscape. The ski resort is just a stone's throw away, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service, making getting around super convenient. The outdoor hot spring bath was the absolute highlight – soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the snow view was incredibly relaxing and blissful. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

The hot springs are fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and it's not crowded. Compared to several other hot spring hotels, this one offers the best value for money. If you're visiting the West Scenic Area, you might consider staying here. The breakfast is also good, though the room facilities are a bit dated.

Guest UserThe hotel is located on a corner at the entrance to a street food area. The owner is a kind elderly woman who provides excellent service. However, she doesn't speak English, only Chinese, so a translation service is necessary. Sometimes, she doesn't wait for you to activate the translation function, so you might not understand and need to ask her to repeat herself.
You can arrange airport pick-up via WeChat (find the hotel's number on amap) for 70 yuan.
The hotel is clean. Towels are freshly laundered and provided daily. Slippers, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are provided. Two bottles of drinking water are included daily. Rooms have individual air conditioning controls. There is no cigarette smell, and there is an elevator.
You can arrange for the hotel to take you rafting or to a ski resort (there's a small ski resort called Xiaohe with a magic carpet, perfect for beginners. It's not crowded, and instructors are available for hire).
There are many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance.
The English spelling of the hotel name varies, but if it begins with a ”wo” sound, it's the right one.

Located in the Wanda Resort, the Park Hyatt is a high-end brand under the Hyatt group. However, the Changbai Mountain branch feels quite similar to a regular Hyatt, being in the same area. For winter skiing, the Hyatt is actually closer to the slopes.
The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and while there are à la carte options daily, the choices are still limited.
Regarding the complimentary benefits, most hotels in the resort offer them. However, all activities have incredibly long queues every day, making the overall experience not very enjoyable.
Additionally, the restaurants within the resort are quite mediocre and significantly more expensive than those outside.
Overall, it's fine for a short stay.

Guest UserPullman Changbaishan Resort is truly a hidden gem near Changbai Mountain. Nestled in the surrounding forests, being surrounded by lush greenery every day is a rejuvenating experience for city dwellers. The hotel offers a wealth of amenities, from splendid entertainment programs to authentic ginseng-picking farm experiences. They also provide transfers to and from the train station, airport, and Changbaishan Chixi, so guests without a car don't have to worry about transportation. A special shout-out to hotel staff member Liu Yunfei, who patiently answered all our questions and tirelessly booked various activities for us, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The value for money at Pullman Changbaishan Resort is absolutely top-notch. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Changbai Mountain.

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here.
Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
