Guest UserThis hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

Guest UserHuge thanks to Ajian at the front desk for his outstanding service, even before we checked in! Because rooms were tight, I had to book two different room types for my two-night stay. Ajian proactively helped arrange an upgrade so we could stay in the same room for both nights, saving us the hassle of switching rooms and so much time. He definitely deserves a shout-out! Ajian also organized transfers to and from the high-speed train station, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's activities were so plentiful, we couldn't even try them all in two nights. It definitely made up for missing out on seeing Tianchi Lake. We'll definitely be back to stay again next time!

The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

Anonymous UserBeyond expectations.
The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed!
The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped.
Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day.
The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

shenning1Choosing Hyatt for my summer escape to Changbai Mountain in July was absolutely the best decision I made – a solid five-star experience all around.
The hotel's location is super convenient; they offer a dedicated shuttle service to and from the West Slope distribution center, which saved us a lot of hassle.
There's absolutely no need for air conditioning during summer at Changbai Mountain – it's surrounded by a vast forest. Opening the window brings in the cool, refreshing scent of pine, and even the breeze is ten degrees cooler than in the city.
The front desk staff, knowing we weren't locals, went the extra mile to introduce us to a local concierge. This was really helpful for getting advice on dining, entertainment, and general travel tips.
All in all, this hotel was a perfect, no-regrets choice for our summer retreat.

Guest UserThe hotel is located on a corner at the entrance to a street food area. The owner is a kind elderly woman who provides excellent service. However, she doesn't speak English, only Chinese, so a translation service is necessary. Sometimes, she doesn't wait for you to activate the translation function, so you might not understand and need to ask her to repeat herself.
You can arrange airport pick-up via WeChat (find the hotel's number on amap) for 70 yuan.
The hotel is clean. Towels are freshly laundered and provided daily. Slippers, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are provided. Two bottles of drinking water are included daily. Rooms have individual air conditioning controls. There is no cigarette smell, and there is an elevator.
You can arrange for the hotel to take you rafting or to a ski resort (there's a small ski resort called Xiaohe with a magic carpet, perfect for beginners. It's not crowded, and instructors are available for hire).
There are many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance.
The English spelling of the hotel name varies, but if it begins with a ”wo” sound, it's the right one.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient.
They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩
Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here.
Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
