The room is quite simple, typical of a budget hotel. It's well-equipped with all the essentials. The welcome amenities were very practical – the eye mask, earplugs, and lens wipes all came in handy. Breakfast was surprisingly generous and exceeded my expectations! 👍 From up high, you can even see the hotel at the base of the mountain!

The hotel maintains excellent hygiene; both public areas and guest rooms are very clean and tidied promptly. The room offers a beautiful mountain view from the window, and the breakfast is incredibly rich. The staff are very patient with children. Yueyuan's meticulous service truly enhanced this trip. The natural environment within the resort is beautiful, perfect for relaxation and leisure, offering a fantastic experience!

I rarely leave bad reviews for hotels, but this one was definitely my most regretted choice during my trip to Changbai Mountain. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the entire room is carpeted, so people with dust mite allergies should be cautious when booking! I stayed for three nights, and starting from the second night, I would wake up sneezing more than a dozen times, my palate would itch, and my nose wouldn't stop running. It's clear the hotel's dust removal and cleaning were inadequate. There was also the issue with the room temperature. During the National Day holiday, the outdoor temperature in the resort area was already close to zero degrees Celsius, but the indoor temperature was as high as 27-28 degrees, and the air conditioning couldn't cool the room. The combination of allergic discomfort and the stuffy room led to extremely poor sleep quality for all three nights.

Gao Jing checked us in and meticulously explained all the benefits. She was always available to answer questions and resolve issues promptly, and was very approachable. The hotel itself was quiet, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

After a long journey, we arrived at Changbai Mountain. Wang Chen greeted us warmly and quickly processed our check-in, which was a welcome relief from our travel fatigue. The hotel's hygiene control was strict; the bedding was spotless, and we had a very peaceful night's rest.

Traveling during peak season, I was a bit worried about long check-in lines, but thankfully Gao Jing helped arrange everything in advance, so the process was very quick. The hotel is located within the resort, making it convenient to get to the commercial street and the cable car. The room was also meticulously cleaned.

For my autumn trip to Changbai Mountain, I chose a hotel closer to the west slope and stayed at the Wanda Tourist Resort Hotel. The butler service was attentive and thorough. Restaurants in the surrounding area offered pick-up and drop-off services, and the hotel also provided hot spring tickets. The room was quiet and elegant, and the hygiene was excellent. The resort facilities were comprehensive, with attention to detail, making for a very satisfying vacation.

Gao Jing made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, which was perfect for relaxing after enjoying all the resort's activities. Overall, it's great value for money.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a vacation to Changbai Mountain. The details are impeccably handled, and robots can deliver any amenities you need. The breakfast offers a good mix of northern and southern flavors, sure to please both adults and children.
