There are thousands of B&Bs, and I finally stayed in a hotel. Overall, the price is OK. I arrived near the Xipo Distribution Center at around 10 pm and was shivering with cold. The floor heating in the house gave me the courage to fight.
This hotel is very close to the Xipo Distribution Center, and it is very convenient to walk there. There is also breakfast, which is enough. Before I went up the mountain, I asked the hotel staff to fill half a bottle of hot water for me, and I filled it up directly. . Enough water for the whole journey.
There is a balcony, so you can go out and feel it if you are not afraid of the cold.

Eleven elsewhere crowded heads, here is a good scenery, Lushuihe Forest Park is particularly small, the scenery is particularly good.
Downstairs is the main street, there is a morning market in the west, there is a barbecue called, drunk and love barbecue, very delicious! ! ! highly recommended!

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.
The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient.
The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel.
The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

A great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

We stayed in a double bedroom, which was very convenient with a living room! Compared with the equally expensive rooms in Harbin behind us, their double bedrooms suddenly seemed to be double bedrooms!
The hotel also had a lot of activities! Iron flower making! There were also red envelopes distributed by the God of Wealth, and there were several snow circle projects that were worth playing! The key was to eat, drink and stroll around on a street next to the hotel, and the mood was good! After getting familiar with it, you will know how to get to the ski resort by yourself, and you don’t have to wait for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will go around and you can walk closer by yourself.
The hotel staff was also very good! The girl who met me was a girl named Anne, who was very easy to talk to! It was also fun to introduce us to the iron pot stew in the village. After all, we don’t have much chance to go to the village, so we can also experience eating iron pot stew on the kang in the village!
The only thing that needs to be improved is that the floor at the entrance of the hotel has been very dirty since the day I checked in. I also know that too many people come and go in the snow, and the floor tiles are easily dirty, but the floor at the entrance of the hotel is like a storefront, which still needs to be improved. You can lay a carpet, which is much better than the dirty floor that the first time you come to your hotel is facing, right?
Because our B building front desk lobby itself is not spacious enough, coupled with the dirty floor, it will seem that the inside of the hotel is not as good as the outside. This is the only thing I think needs to be improved

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

GGuest UserWe decided to go to the Huamei Resort to play in the snow and found this treasure hotel. We were a group of two adults and two children. The bunk beds in the room were the children's favorite configuration. The hotel design was also very good, clean and tidy. In particular, the handsome hotel staff member Yin Yongliang was attentive and answered all our questions, just like a friend, which made our trip very pleasant. The breakfast at the hotel was also great.

The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

I didn't want to comment, but the service attitude of the restaurant waiter Wang Lianxiang made us feel that this hotel is more five-star. We had breakfast for 4 days. One day Wang Lianxiang was on vacation and the restaurant suddenly lost its spirit. On the last day, she came back and served us warmly as soon as we entered the door. She asked what we needed to drink. Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer employees with good service attitudes. It is worth praising. Tina at the front desk helped us carry our luggage and her service attitude was also very good. Thank you and see you next year👋

GGuest UserFacilities: Although it is a hotel more than 10 years old, the overall maintenance is still good. The suite I stayed in had a slight leak in the living room window, but because the air conditioner was powerful and I didn't stay in the living room at night, it basically didn't affect it. The floor had a few bulges, after all, it was this age. The outdoor hot spring was very powerful, very refreshing, and the temperature was suitable.
Hygiene: Generally clean and tidy, no complaints.
Service: The price is here, and the child's extra bed was also available at 10 o'clock in the middle of the night, and it was quickly fixed. Good reviews. However, many of the buffets in the evening are pre-prepared dishes, which are not recommended. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant for 3 days. The overall quality of the dishes was ok, but many of the service staff were new, and management and training needed to be strengthened. The breakfast was basically the same as most five-star levels.
Skiing: There is your own snow house, which is not very crowded. We basically borrowed ski equipment on the first day and returned it on the last day. The equipment is generally relatively new. However, this cabinet is really expensive at 100 a day. It was borrowed for 5 days and 500 was gone. The snow house is relatively close to the intermediate trail. It takes 7-8 minutes for a novice to walk with equipment to the big magic carpet, and 4-5 minutes to the small magic carpet.
I didn't experience much else.

The price was reasonable and there were no pitfalls. The room was very clean. It coincided with the temperature rising after the New Year in the Northeast, and the air conditioning was just right! ! It's a pity that Changbai Mountain is closed this time. When I come to Changbai Mountain again in the summer, I will come to this store again!

TTuantuanyeA very recommended family hotel. The children's playground is very large, so you can relax for half a day. The hotel is located ten minutes from the airport. The free shuttle bus takes ten minutes to the Tianchi Visitor Center on the west slope. It takes 40 minutes to go up the mountain. It takes another 10 minutes to snowmobile to Tianchi. It takes almost 40 minutes to get to the hotel on the return trip. If you go to Wanda or Luneng, you need to add extra time. It's thirty to forty minutes away, so it's very convenient to take children to Tianchi. Moreover, because there are few people around and the snow is pure white, you will be amazed by the beauty when you open the curtains every day, paired with the orange light of the sunrise. On the last day of departure, Manager Ma from the Parenting Department specially arranged a treasure hunt in the snow for the children, which was really fun! The dozens of cute and cute baby rabbits in the hotel also captured the baby's heart. They even shed tears when we arrived at Changbaishan Airport. I couldn't bear to part with this journey. You can talk to the lady boss when rafting or playing in the snow! Very nice people! Nothing wrong except having to climb stairs to carry luggage! Clean and hygienic! The wontons are especially delicious in a big bowl! 20 yuan! Dried blueberries are delicious
