The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

Guest UserAfter staying in the Swiss town for two nights in Huamei Resort, experience a night RV. The RV belongs to the hotel in Pine Fruit. The RV is very clean and the equipment is complete. The most important thing is that the environment outside the RV is really beautiful. The view of the performance of the iron flower at night is very good. There is no need to squeeze with people. If there are many people, you can also barbecue outside the RV, which is very good.

Anonymous UserAfter visiting two resorts, Wanda definitely stands out on the hotel front. They called me a day before check-in to ask if I had any special requests, which I really appreciated! 👍🏻 Check-in was quick, and our butler, David, was super responsive on WeChat. He'd check in every evening to see if we needed anything and answered all our questions, helping us solve any issues we had. Big thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 The kids had a blast using all their benefits, the Old-timer experience is definitely worth trying – the slides, carts, grass sledding, and boating were all so much fun. Breakfast was five-star quality, with fresh jianbing guozi and doufunao. We'll definitely be back! The only slight drawback was the resort's mini-train, which only runs every half hour and has limited seating, making getting around a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the shared electric bikes made up for it. Also, the main road lighting at night was a bit dim.

Nimodian/ouyadianTo catch a glimpse of the beautiful Heavenly Lake, I changed my itinerary and chose to stay here so I could go up the mountain first thing in the morning. It's a 5-minute walk from the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the front desk staff were very helpful, answering all my questions. There's also a small convenience store where you can buy snacks. It seems there are two elevators, one for the hot springs and one for guest rooms. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was good, and the bed was comfortable with large, soft pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, no strange odors, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was decent. There's a supermarket next to the lobby if you need to buy anything small. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the high-speed rail station and 5-10 minutes from the town, so transportation is very convenient. I've attached a beautiful photo of Heavenly Lake from this morning.

They upgraded our room, and it was huge—two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for four people. The decor is new and tasteful, and the place was spotless. The hotel's location is excellent; the hot springs are right downstairs, so we could go every day. It's also very close to the water park, and there's a food street right outside. Getting to places like the grass skiing wasn't too far either. Breakfast was plentiful as well. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station.
It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go.
The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food.
The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by.
They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great.
Overall, we were very satisfied.
