The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

4人YOYO鹿苑體驗（每晚）:裏面有散養的小鹿和羊駝，還有很多梅花鹿，孔雀，小豬，還有一衹狐狸。小朋友玩，很開心。現場也有售賣寵物飼料，30元一桶。 4人攀巖遊玩權益:登頂有一定難度，但是成年男子差不多能登頂了，很開心

Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient. The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful. The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation. On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers.

The hotel is very convenient from the center of the scenic spot. The front desk manager Qu is very attentive and leads us to see the room. Let us have a more detailed understanding of the living environment. We also introduced local food and called a car for us. It can be said that the service is very good. The hotel suddenly power outage also took the initiative to contact us, and timely to give us a solution, really full recommendation!

This time, we chose the Wanda Realm Changbaishan Hannashan Hot Spring Hotel, and our family trip was exceptionally enjoyable, making the whole experience highly recommendable. The hotel's location is truly superb. After entering the Changbaishan Wanda Resort, it's immediately on your right, making it easy to find and incredibly convenient for entering and exiting the resort. The hotel's hot springs live up to their reputation; the bathing experience is incredibly soothing and comfortable. The outdoor open-air hot springs, in particular, offer stunning views. Soaking in the pools while admiring the surrounding natural scenery is profoundly relaxing and therapeutic. We booked a quad family room, and encountered a few minor issues during our stay. However, both the guest relations manager and the front desk staff were incredibly reliable in handling these problems. I especially want to commend the front desk attendant on duty, who was meticulous and thorough. He proactively followed up on every issue, patiently communicated and coordinated solutions, and ultimately provided a resolution that left our entire family very satisfied. The hotel's elderly-friendly facilities are very thoughtful, with gentle, barrier-free ramps along the pathways, making it smooth and easy to navigate with elderly family members in wheelchairs. I highly recommend booking this quad family room; it's perfect for family getaways. If we return to Changbaishan for a vacation in the future, our family will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station. It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food. The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by. They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great. Overall, we were very satisfied.
