When they learned that we were going to Tianchi in the morning, they took the initiative to ask for a taxi for us🚗. After breakfast, the car was waiting for us, which saved us a lot of time with 2 children. Another point is that the hotel has its own snow house, and the elevator can go directly to the negative 1 floor. It's so convenient! You can slide back directly when you come back

The hotel is very welcoming, with a 24-hour self-service convenience store🏪. The hotel's room service is very thoughtful, the beef burger🍔 is delicious, the concierge Xiao Xing and Xiao Li are very enthusiastic, but the hotel check-in system needs to be improved. xc immediately placed an order and had to wait for more than half an hour for the hotel to receive the order

Compared with Park Hyatt and Hyatt, the infrastructure is indeed older, but the price is much cheaper. The accommodation experience is also much better, the service is warm and thoughtful, all requests will be responded to in a timely manner, the food is good, and the igloo is convenient. It should be the most cost-effective choice among the igloo options.

The hotel service is very good. They introduced small restaurants opened by locals nearby for dinner. They provide free pick-up and drop-off. The location is very convenient. There is snow outside. The hotel has its own ski house and small ski slopes for skiing. There is also University Road, cable car, water park, snow park, cool kid park, hot springs, and free travel photography nearby, which are all included in the hotel package. Xiao Du and Xiao Xing also gave free fruit. The service is especially good!
