The hotel location, staff and the service is amazing in my opinion.
But the breakfast selections is awful, not many western options. Especially for 5 start Marriott Group.
Maybe it’s a Chinese things as I had similar experience in some other cities.

Ski town was within walking distance and they have excellent customer service who booked all my activities including transport arrangement!

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel.
The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located in Wanda international resort and we can walk to the ski centre in just a few minutes. Service is personalised and we have a dedicated staff to help us with restaurants and attractions booking.
Room is clean and functional, though a bit dated. However, as this is not a smoke free hotel, there is cigarette smell at the corridor and sometimes inside our non-smoking room.

Great services by the hotel and its staff! Walking distance to the ski resort and the stay come with the ski pass and ski rental!

Checkin is troublesome, location is bad… no amenities, need to take shuttle to ski and hot spring….
better off booking Hyatt or Jin… North slope Crowne Plaza is much better in service….

Honestly an amazing hotel. Great service and very helpful staff. It’s an old hotel but they’ve maintained it well. Highly recommended for a week worth of snow activities. Hotel also provide booking services beyond skiing/snowboarding like ice fishing.
Only downside is that it’s a bit far away from the ski field entrance.
