Very comfortable and good services ! The ski station is in the room package (+ helmet/snowboard/ski/boots rental free, only the suit, cushions and googles are not free)

The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

Excellent services and really nice location to the piste. The restaurant by far the best of the valley and the yoga course really good to improve your mood and your body after a ski sessio. . I really appreciate the staff who was considered and helpful with. Special mention pour David always available.

Great place for ski holidaying. .Next to a smaller ski facility suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers. David Wang大白, a good friendly manager will ensure most customer needs are fulfilled as much as possible. We had a great memorable trip indeed. Looking forward to come back again.

The hotel provided free hot spring pass and free rental for ski equipment. Our hotel manager 刘经理 is very friendly and helpful, he has recommended us nice restaurants and helped us whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended!

I suggest everyone who ski lover to stay this hotel, reasonable cost, nice food, and staff friendly for foreigner especially thank you Mr. david, he not just try to communicate in english but help to adjust and full-fill my travel in Changbaishan more completely, good moment....lovely

The room was cozy and clean. It was pleasant to stay there. The stuff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast had many options and it was delicious. The location is good, only 5 mins by taxi to the slope. I liked all the service.

As a foreigner found staff to be intense and invasive. We ended up leaving after one night and manager reacted strongly. Most of the shops are closed.
