Hotels in Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, Baishan

Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient. The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future.

I chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts. Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately. The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price. The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?) and the Chinese pancake are also very good. The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good. Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on. Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

The hotel is at the intersection of Wanda Town, next to Changbai Mountain Grand Theater, and has a good location. The room is very small. The price probably includes the ski ticket, but I was too tired when I came here, so I didn't use it, so it was a waste; The hot spring is good, but it would be better if there was a bath; it's nice to take pictures of the snow in winter, but it's too cold outside, so I didn't dare to try; Although the facilities are old, the main thing is that there is no ”do not disturb” item. I was disturbed late at night and early in the morning. I told the front desk, and the woman on duty didn't even offer any comfort; let alone warmth and thoughtfulness; The breakfast is very ordinary, the noodles don't even have a sauce, and a big brother had no choice but to take the noodles with water to the side to pick up vegetables and cover the noodles. Wanda has many hotels, and the service quality should be improved first

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel. The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hyatt Regency Changbaishan. The hotel has an excellent location and is the closest hotel to the ski resort on the commercial street. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly, especially Alisa at the front desk, who is very enthusiastic. I will come to Changbaishan again and choose Hyatt again. The food in the Grand Hyatt series is also excellent, and the breakfast is superb!

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by Zhang Boyuan's attentive and considerate service. Because of him, our trip was very safe and happy. Whether it was the time of the shuttle bus or the pillow of the hotel, he was always available to answer and solve the problem. The hotel room rate includes ski tickets, hot spring tickets, and snow park tickets. There are no other expenses except food. There are not many people, and the service is very good. The food is also very special. The holiday experience is very comfortable. The room rate includes: 2 adults and 1 child ski tickets (one per night)

We had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells. Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good. Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing! Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

I was struggling between Sheraton and Westin, and finally chose Westin. Its twin room is 1.35 meters and quite spacious, which is friendly to families with two children. They called to inquire about my needs before check-in, and put all the children's equipment in the room early. They also told me that my check-in time was my birthday🎂, so they decorated the room and sent me a cake, which made the ceremony feel full. The concierge is Ming, Xiao Xing, and the service is good. When they learned that we were going to Tianchi in the morning, they took the initiative to ask for a taxi for us🚗. After breakfast, the car was waiting for us, which saved us a lot of time with 2 children. Another point is that the hotel has its own snow house, and the elevator can go directly to the negative 1 floor. It's so convenient! You can slide back directly when you come back
