在龍谷灣旁邊，環境不錯，酒店建築古色古香，樓下停車位充足，前台服務態度挺好。房間隔熱很差，空調製冷也不好，都半夜了室温還有30多度，被子都是熱的，難以入睡。早餐衹有一碗豆漿、一個雞蛋、一個包子、兩個小饅頭。綜合來説是不推薦入住，去縣城裡隨便找個便捷酒店都強的多。

房間設施還湊合，早餐太差了，都是一次性用品打包的，而且沒什麼服務人員，餐廳前一晚飯後的桌子都沒收拾，收拾餐廳的人一問三不知。

似乎是衰敗了，一天停了兩次電，房間積灰有些嚴重，也有些黴味兒，早餐按人定量自取，廚房烏黑令人不適，衹能靠低價安慰了吧

不懂是否因為春節放假人員不夠，還是管理問題，入住體驗非常差！在龍谷灣玩了一天，晚上十點多到達酒店前台辦理入住，先是前台找不到訂單，之後辦理好入住去到房間，插了取電卡發現房間沒有電，電話聯繫前台，説沒有房了，衹能換到三樓的一個小童房，原來訂的家庭套房（兩個房間三張床）一家老小五個人如何住得下小童房？經過溝通，最後協調了一間一樓的家庭套房…我們從二樓跑到三樓，又從三樓跑下一樓！房間設施也是讓人堪憂，訂單顯示可入住6人，結果一次性拖鞋、洗漱用品、浴巾都沒有配夠，整個房間連一張椅子都沒有，第一次碰到兩個房間衹配一間衞生間，大家排隊洗澡上廁所！大床房的空調也是壞的，需要前台加被子才行！本來玩一天就很累了，又有小孩又有長者，入住過程又很折騰，進到房間更加無力吐槽。希望酒店管理方面能加強，提高住客的入住體驗感！

五一出行，性價比挺高的，環境也不錯，如果與龍谷灣溝通開放那個側門讓住客方便就完美了，送不送票是其次，體驗感肯定好很多很多！
