在住期間總共打了三四通電話，還有上來敲門的，已經知道超時要收30塊了，第二次打電話過來響了幾聲就掛掉了，打回去還反問我們是哪一個房間，有什麼事，第三次又打電話過來催退房，後面又來人敲門催退，首先第一次打電話一次性明説完就可以了，我會補超時費，我也不知道不能超過22點，辦理入住前我都已經瞭解過了，如果怕我不知道，為什麼不在第一次打電話的時候一次性説完，而是一而再再而三的打電話呢？衞生問題這方面，床上有幾根毛髮的，不過這個沒關係，主要是催退這方面太氣人了，不然其他都是小問題，也沒啥好説，但是一生氣了就看啥都不順眼了
