Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

聽了同事的推薦來這家酒店入住，地理位置優越，離阜陽高鐵站很近，打車來回方便，前台人員服務熱情，每次進門都會問好，有需要打電話給前台，她們會快速的解決你的問題，辦事效率高，很滿意，入住時都會被提醒酒店有免費夜宵服務，去體驗了下夜宵也蠻好，有湯麪，拌麪，銀耳粥，鮮肉小餛飩，這裏需要特別誇獎一下小餛飩都是工作人員親手包的，主要味道很不錯，衞生很乾凈吃的放心。客房乾淨整潔，連鎖的酒店的衞生情況是讓我很放心的，房間有一次性毛巾，床單被罩都是新的。空調製熱很好，wifi網速挺快，偶爾在酒店辦公連接電腦很方便。打掃房間的阿姨很熱心，見到都會打招呼問有沒有其他需要。總體來説都非常好，是以後每次出差首選的一家酒店，也會推薦其他同事過來入住。位置好 交通便利。
