這次和朋友結伴旅行，雨巷舍酒店給了我們太多驚喜！房間衞生乾淨整潔，兩張床之間的空隙收拾得很寬敞，不會覺得擁擠，朋友不小心把化粧品灑在桌上，回來時發現已經被清理乾淨，還噴了淡淡的清香劑。樓層馮大姐特別熱情，知道我們想去逛老街，特意畫了一張手繪地圖，標好了必吃的小吃店和拍照好看的角落，還提醒我們哪裡容易堵車。晚上送夜宵時，大姐端來的是兩碗熱氣騰騰的牛肉麪，麪條筋道，牛肉塊又大又嫩，湯喝着特別入味。這樣用心的服務，讓我們的旅行更開心了！

In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.
