The hardware of the hotel is good, and the boss sees it as a big investment, but the management can only be said to be a mess. From the moment you enter the lobby, there is a mess of express delivery on the floor, the heating in the room is unbearable, and the stench of the sewage directly makes people go out. Please negotiate and communicate to change it. There is still room for shelter, and the spacious and beautiful yard is even more messy. Kitchen utensils and watermelons are piled in the yard like a recycling bin. The master chef in the breakfast kitchen is busy waiting inside and outside, the waiter is playing with his mobile phone, and there are tableware leftover from last night. It was not cleaned up for two mornings. The migrant workers ate together with the residents, bringing their feet full of mud and sand into the restaurant. The whole meal was like a makeshift meeting at a construction site. When checking out, the pile of express delivery was still piled in the lobby. It felt like it was opened before it was completed.

Very poor check-in experience! The sheets and quilts were dirty, with traces of hair, dander and dirt. The room was extremely cold with no air conditioning or any heating. The soundproofing of the room is also very poor. You will be woken up by the sound from the door and lobby early in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel again when I come to Keketuohai in the future. It’s extremely disappointing!

The decoration of the room is very nice. There is a fake road at the door of the room with small stones around. Although it looks good, this design is really annoying. The room is good, the heating is sufficient, the floor-to-ceiling window can see the scenery, the bed is raised up to a high platform, and there is a small table by the window. Sitting on the bed is like a tatami, which is very comfortable. This is really good. There are two washing machines but no dryer. The breakfast is really not good. There are some drinks and snacks on the first floor. The prices are normal and there is no premium (which is rare for Xinjiang scenic spots). There are some sofas and tea tables in the lobby, which are also good to sit on.
