It's just a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, saving a lot of hassle for travelers. **Service:** Both the owner and staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they eagerly offered to help with our luggage. The lobby is spacious and grand, and there's an elevator, making moving around effortless. **Room Facilities:** The room facilities are excellent. The high ceilings prevent any feeling of confinement, and the solid wood furniture throughout the room feels very high-quality. The bedding is comfortable, and the large bed is especially soft to sleep on. The linens are spotlessly clean, and the lighting is gentle and inviting. The bathroom features a three-way wet/dry separation and is meticulously cleaned. The smart toilet is also a delight to use. From the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains in the distance. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, with a full spread of cold dishes, hot dishes, porridge, and milk. There are also local specialties like baursak and milk tea. My favorite, the tomato noodles, tasted authentically delicious. **Environment:** The backyard was a delightful surprise. The 'influencer' photo frame is perfect for pictures. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, enjoy the sunset in the evening, and admire the starry sky at night. A short walk along the path leads to the Irtysh River, which is quiet and therapeutic. My entire stay was a perfect 10/10, definitely five stars!"

There's a ski rental shop right on the first floor of the hotel, which is super convenient. The ski resort shuttle also stops right at the hotel entrance daily, making it incredibly easy for skiers."

"The service was very poor. They cleared out my things before the check-out time. The most outrageous thing was that half of the apples in a bag were lost and only a few were left. The quality of the waiter was too poor. He even stole the apples. The hotel management level is worrying. This is the first time I have encountered such an outrageous thing. I strongly recommend not staying in such a hotel. They can't even guarantee the safety of the property of the passengers. Basic honesty and trustworthiness are required. Very bad living experience 👎"

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so the baby slept soundly through the night. I was worried that the supporting facilities here would not keep up, so I booked this newly opened hotel that looked great! Then there were so many unexpected good things~ 1) The hardware is really online, the room is large and comfortable to live in; the bedding and bath products are very good, and there are even washing machines and humidifiers, which are very good~ 2) The service is really really good! The housekeeper Baina's service is completely pampered here~ I really responded to all my requests in the 3 days here; 3) I think Keketuohai is a rising skiing star, and a good hotel is really important! This one does a great job 4) The hotel service is very good. After placing an order on Ctrip, the hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you and add WeChat to patiently inform you of the hotel check-in matters, so you won't have any worries about the trip 5) The most important thing is to talk about the service in Xinjiang. It is rare to see such meticulous and advanced services in Xinjiang. The butler Baina will help us make some preparations in advance. Our ski bags arrived in advance, and she helped us collect them and put them in the room in advance. She will respond to any needs at any time. The Hantian brand is indeed worth recommending to skiers."

"The overall accommodation experience is very, very poor! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during this trip to Xinjiang! 1. The entire floor-to-ceiling window of the lake-view twin room you booked is facing one wall! ! You can only see a little bit of the lake when standing in the corner of the house. It's really funny that I have never seen a lake view room like this. The farm said it was the best room type. . 2. There is a restaurant in the farm, don’t go there! I ordered the sheep and scorpion hotpot for 600 yuan. It was hot pot base ➕ 5 pieces of sheep and scorpion. It was extremely unpalatable and the ingredients were not fresh. It is recommended to go to town to eat. 3. Using a tricycle to carry a suitcase for a one-thousand-plus-night stay is too low-grade. 4. Breakfast is provided based on the number of people, and it is not enough at all. The buns are very small, one bite. The four of us added 10 buns, and the waiter shouted 10 in shock! ? ? It doesn’t matter if it’s more than 1,000 yuan and it’s not a buffet breakfast. What’s the point of eating a few steamed buns? The food was served very slowly and had to be pushed several times. 5. Ask the little brother to help carry the luggage, because the stairs on the second floor are quite steep and our luggage is also large. The little brother was standing on the first floor waiting for us to move it down and put it here. He pushed it over. . . 6. Before I left, I had to issue an invoice. The guy at the front desk told me to add WeChat to issue the invoice. From Monday when I added WeChat to send the invoice message to today, Thursday, I asked every day whether the invoice was issued, but there was no reply! !"

"Warning! Warning! Warning! This hotel was absolutely terrible, and I have to give it a piece of my mind. First, there's the hygiene issue. The room had a faint musty smell as soon as I entered, and it only improved after I changed rooms several times. The sheets didn't look very clean either, with stains on the edges. The bathroom glass door and mirror were covered in water stains, and the floor was sticky, making it completely unpleasant to use. Then there are the facilities. The air conditioner didn't respond for a long time; I had to restart it several times before it worked. The main issue is their smart home system. If it weren't for the fact that the smart appliances were working properly, it would be fine. The buttons on the right side of the bed to control the lights were completely unusable; I had to rely entirely on the left side. The curtains opened and closed by themselves several times, making a lot of noise at night. Most importantly, the lights turned on by themselves more than ten times during the night! When I checked in for a extension on my first night, I told the front desk to have them repaired. The second night, I couldn't sleep at all; the main light would turn on as soon as I fell asleep! I've never stayed in a hotel with such a terrible experience, leaving me completely exhausted the next day before I had to travel! The service was also lacking. After showering, my slippers were wet, and I wanted two more pairs. It took three calls to get them delivered. For almost 300 yuan, the conditions are truly not worth it. I will definitely not come back, and I advise everyone to avoid this place! Anyone who stays here will be extremely disappointed! I will never stay at this hotel again in Fuyun!"
