Having stayed in many hotels, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Motorcycle transfers were provided, and they always helped with luggage and skis. Even if you don't want to ski into the hotel after reaching 2200, you can call a car for a transfer. The staff were incredibly friendly. TUI BLUE is indeed a global chain of high-end resorts.
