The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. I stayed in Keketuohai for several days before I found this treasure hotel. First of all, the service is very considerate. They will help pick up and drop off luggage. The scenery outside the room is nothing to say, top-notch scenery, continuous snow-capped mountains and Yilemu Lake are connected together, the sky, the earth and the lake are the same color, it is really beautiful. The facilities in the room are also the latest. By the way, I would like to make a small suggestion: it is recommended to prepare a trash can in the bedroom of the suite, because every time you throw things, you can only go to the living room and the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient. It is 6-7 kilometers away from the town, a 10-15 minute drive, and there are no restaurants and convenience stores around. Overall, it is a very good accommodation experience. If you go to the ski resort, there is a pick-up, and you don’t have to worry about not being able to take the bus to the town.

Seeing that I came alone, I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub. I was really surprised. The room was warm and comfortable, and the facilities and equipment in the room were very good. In layman's terms, you can feel that the owner of this B&B is Do this with love. So for a moment, I was even very envious of this kind of life. Nowadays, people are trapped in schools, homes, and office buildings, working from 9 to 5 at 3:00 a.m. every day. Living in Xinjiang has really found a new way of life. It has so many meanings. RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs. The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far. The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating. We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples. You will not regret your stay. For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

GGuest UserOlder hotel I believe under new ownership. Carpets and facilities were old but sheets and towels were clean. Not many other options around. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and this hotel was able to accommodate our stay for the night, but needed police assistance for registration and I think booking through trip.com in advance helped us be accepted for the stay. Little to no English, understandable in such a rural area.
