Perfect
The room is very clean, the bathroom appliances are all new, and they even put a face towel there. Sitting on a chair by the floor-to-ceiling window in the room and looking at the snow scene in a daze, life is comfortable. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and can arrange everything for you, including food, drinks, skiing, horse riding, car pick-up and drop-off. There is nothing she can't handle in the village. When you are away from home, you really don't have to worry about it at all. There are different breakfasts every morning, and you can also arrange a hot pot with snow scenery, which is delicious. Especially the horse riding itinerary, the Kazakh boy has a sense of vision when crossing the snowy village in the north. The trained horses can take blockbusters, which is very happy. Conclusion: I will come again next time

The best accommodation among my trip in Urumqi (stayed 6 different hotels during the trip) . I would highly recommended . The hotel itself is very comfy and cozy, very spacious , clean (hot shower water v good / blow dryer s nice ) and with a nice view. The breakfast selection is good (but i only eat spoiled egg and less so i cant comment much) The hotel host is a gift for the stays , she offered us a free photo shooting in their garden which with a stunning winter view and starry night . There also a PR pretty kitten will be walking freely inside the hotel, if u are lucky u can have the kitten be your guest at your room. If i am visit the same location again i would much happy to stay here again!

Very hospitable and friendly staff! Room was very cosy and comfortable (they gave us a free room upgrade!). Also, the breakfast was delicious and homey. Hotel also has smarthome. Would recommend!

A perfect ski holiday hotel, where the staff makes all the difference! Our family stay here was absolutely amazing. We booked a very spacious family room with a queen bed for us and two separate large beds for our children—the layout was perfect, offering more comfort than we’ve ever had on a ski trip. But where this hotel truly shines is its staff. They were absolutely outstanding! Every request was met with kindness and efficiency. They arranged a reliable daily driver to the ski resort, organized an unforgettable horse-riding trek in the snow with local guides (the highlight of our trip!), and booked restaurants for us, kindly overcoming our limited Mandarin. What really stood out were two moments of exceptional care: · A receptionist walked all the way to retrieve a package that was mistakenly delivered to another hotel. · When we forgot a rental ski helmet, they found a driver to deliver it directly to the ski resort. Super kind, attentive, and tremendously helpful: we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended for families visiting Keketuohai! 可可托海滑雪之旅的完美酒店——员工服务让我们感动不已！ 我们全家在这里的入住体验堪称完美。房间非常宽敞，设计贴心：一张大床给我们夫妻，两张独立大床给孩子，滑雪期间从没住得这么舒服过。 但最令我们赞叹的，是这里的员工团队。他们实在太好了！不仅每天帮我们安排可靠的车往返滑雪场，还为我们组织了当地向导带领的雪中骑马活动（绝对是此行最大亮点！），并且因为我们中文不够好，主动帮忙预订餐厅。 最让人感动的是这两件小事： · 一次快递误送到别家酒店，一位前台特意步行取回。 · 我们租的滑雪头盔忘在酒店，他们专门找司机送到了雪场。 贴心、周到、超出期待——可以说，是他们的热情服务让这次旅行如此圆满。强烈推荐给来可可托海滑雪的家庭！

The room temperature is 28 degrees. The room is clean and hygienic. There is enough hot water for a bath. The toiletries are all available. Xiaomi hair dryer. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. There are also different pillows to choose from in the room. Parking is very convenient, right next to Fuyun, not noisy or noisy. It is easy to order takeaway milk tea. Take a bath in comfort to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Will come again.

The location is excellent and the environment is beautiful. The room is clean and tidy, the service is very good and enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The temperature in the room is always neither hot nor cold. I like this hotel very much.

Was pleasantly surprised how big and clean the rooms were, very good value for money and extremely kind staff. Hotel breakfast was also great, with good dining options within 5-10 mins walk that can give you sufficient dining options for the whole week. Only con is that as of November 2025, many of the surrounding hotels have yet to open for business, so it can seem very quiet at night compared to the adjacent Hebei town.

What an excellent location for having a scenic trip. Very close to the famous mine and also the canyon is nearby. The owner is very nice and helped with recommendations around town. Parking is convenient and the room is well designed. Would recommend the hotel!
