設施：有一個大院子，停車方便，周邊環境安靜舒適，洗衣服方便。吃飯也很方便，附近都有吃的。
衞生：房間很乾凈，智能家居都很新，還有浴缸，體驗很不錯，下次路過可可託海還會選這家！
環境：一家人自駕過來，環境很不錯，設施很新乾淨，晚上很安靜，所以連住兩晚，附近3公里有一個伊雷木湖，晚上可以去湖邊看晚霞，散步，吹晚風，夏天很涼快！
服務：老闆人很好，很熱情，不小心搞丟房卡，老闆還是很熱情的幫助我們解決！出門在外，真的很暖心，還給我們做早餐！真心感謝老闆，T^T

本來想給差評的：這六個人住的三居套房，居然一台空調都沒有（訂的時候頁面有提示，衹是沒想到還有酒店能沒空調所以沒看）。另外這裡是平房，外面走過的人都能看到屋裡，沒啥私隱。門簾壞了，關不嚴實，晚上蟲子呼呼往裡飛！雖然外面挺涼快，但屋裡特別悶，衹能靠酒店給的一箇舊電風扇吹吹。點了蚊香液也不太管用，晚上睡覺床上有很多小蟲子。洗髮水快用完了，沒有沐浴露和衞生紙得一趟趟找前台要。三居六人的房間，就給了兩條浴巾。含餐早飯就是大米粥、鹹菜和饅頭，而且過了九點就沒了。
不過最後走的時候我落了東西，店家主動打電話提醒，加上位置還算好找，就給箇中評吧。

房間特別好，主要是老闆太熱情，晚上到的晚老闆免費給我煮的麪。噓寒問暖的。院子也特別漂亮。老闆也漂亮。

一家親子出行，來新疆玩了半個月了，這個民宿是這次旅程住過性價比最高，整體最滿意的。房間很大，乾淨衞生，設施很新，早上起來可以看到大大的窗外陽光透過樹葉撒進來的金色。隨着微風輕輕擺動。院裏有老闆搭的隱蔽小橋，可以走到旁邊一個小公園裡麪，公園的草坪上有羊在悠閑地吃着草。鎮子不大，整體都很安靜祥和。老闆是吉林人，很熱情，老闆娘給我們做的東北菜特別好吃，分量也多。和我們川渝的家常味道相似。真想在這多住一段時間。

我很少寫評價的，這家民宿是我們隨便定的一家，結果確令我們很驚喜。房間非常乾淨，而且不吵鬧，我們休息的非常好。民宿主人也很貼心，做的飯菜也很合我們的口味，如果你也是從烏魯木齊到喀納斯覺得開得太遠，想要中間休息下，這家民宿是個不錯的選擇，性價比也很高！旁邊就是可可託海景區，也可以順便去看看。
