The hotel is hot during the night, barely able to sleep. No way to change the temperature. No phone to contact the front desk. Didn't give us any toilet paper, no coffee, no tea, no nothing.
Cleaning is poor, if you look in the corners you can see how poor it is. All I can say is luckily we stayed there only one night.
Also the door doesn't have any safety locks, so in the morning one of the cleaners just entered inside without knocking first.

The room is large enough for a family of three to enjoy family time. The Irtysh River is outside the window, quiet and elegant.
