Great location; service levels are professional. The housekeeping lady Mdm Song was really helpful. The reception staff are also very friendly. All in, this is a hotel that we will recommend.

The hotel was great, the view was great, it was clean and good for families. But the only issue was the A/C was not turned on by the hotel which was very weird, it was not that hot outside it was around 21 degrees but still not having A/C in the room is a bit weird.Apart from that very good experience.

The location is pretty good, very close to Fenghuangchi subway station, and next to Fudan University, Xichan Ancient Temple, and Vientiane City. It is inconvenient to eat during the Chinese New Year. There are basically no open restaurants nearby. There are few places to eat outside. The room is not small, but the bathroom smells. There are not many types of breakfast. It is not recommended. The fruit provided is inedible and has gone bad!
