酒店非常棒，網紅泳池風景很美，適合遛娃，在餐廳吃了兩頓正餐，還可以用**套餐，性價比高，廣東口味，推薦。定了兩間房，升級到連通房，非常方便周到。周邊可以到福道，西禪寺，福州大學分院，離得很近。假期親子出行推薦。就是建議增加自助洗衣功能，方便出行。另外minibar很多酒店都免費，提供的功夫茶收費，很容易被消費者誤會。建議改進，將實惠給到消費者。

房間面向閩江景色不錯，面積也夠大，窗簾也是電動可一鍵開關。
早餐品種不算多但中西式都有，還有當地特色一些美食。早餐擺台直接把勺子放在餐墊上感覺不衞生，六人的餐枱衹有一個餐巾紙架放在餐桌一邊，客人要用還得起身去拿，不如在勺子下面墊張紙巾。
前台服務員業務還需提高，明明已在平台付過房費，張嘴就讓客人付款，經提示後也沒有道歉語，另在平台上訂的就是豪華江景大床房，説成是給升級了。

這次入住的酒店完全超出了預期！從踏入大堂的那一刻就被驚艷到了，前台辦理入住時，工作人員不僅效率超高，還主動升級了房型（驚喜！）。房間床品舒適到像睡在雲裏，環境很好。早餐種類豐富，本地特色點心值得嘗試

聽媳婦的定了這家酒店 是本次行程最好的一家 沒有定江景房 但是每個房間都能看到江 景色賊好 應該是四星五星的水準 層高很高 裝修豪華 雖然有點使用痕跡 但是不舊 很高檔 最好的泳池 無邊泳池景色絕美 每天都去 水質很好 交通方便 外賣都是服務員給送進門口 點贊！

總體感覺很一般。這次旅行在福州的最後一天，特意訂了有游泳池的酒店，前兩天住了會展中心，煙台山，和三坊七巷的，價格比這個低，體驗都不錯，沒想到最後一個是最貴也是最差的，唉。首先，房間比較小，地毯比較舊，視野比較好，麪江的。然後，空調效果很差很差，大熱天竟然室內温度到26度，一直降不下來。打電話反映了問題，也遲遲沒人來解決，來人看了後，説是窗簾要拉上，可是關鍵是空調沒有風啊，和窗簾啥關係。後來換了個房間，一樣的效果差。

到店時暴雨砸得傘都撐不穩，拖着濕行李箱正手忙腳亂，前台小鄭突然從玻璃門探出身，舉着條幹毛巾喊：“哥，先用這個擦把臉，雨大我幫您盯着箱子！” 辦入住時看我褲腳滴水，他轉身塞給我一雙一次性拖鞋：“剛拆封的，您換上，別著涼。”
原來好服務不是背台詞，是有人把你淋濕的鞋尖、滴水的褲腳，都悄悄放進了心尖裏。
