Booked a room to watch Hua Chenyu's concert. It's very close to the subway station. It's just around the corner from the subway exit. It's only 2 stops away from the Olympic Sports Center. The transportation is very convenient. There is a commercial street downstairs, and there are many restaurants. The hotel room is well soundproofed, so you don't have to worry about noise at night. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a great stay! If you want to watch a concert, you can choose this hotel!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The front desk staff were very friendly and they even have us a free upgrade on our room! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. They had a free laundry service where we left our clothes in the laundry room with instructions to wash and dry at midnight. They delivered our clothes clean and dry at our doorstep by the time we woke up 10/10. The hotel is also walking distance to a big mall with delicious food along the way. The only issue we had was being woken up in the early morning by loud music outside on the street. But it was around the ***** near year festivities and the hotel also gave us disposable ear plugs next to our bed so this was ok.

The room facilities are quite old. I stayed for 4 nights for 1903 yuan, but I refunded the last two nights for 580 yuan, so I spent 1323 yuan for two nights. The next morning, all the clothes on the windowsill were wet, and the spotlight on the top of the windowsill was leaking. I was so angry. Later, I was moved to a new room, which was not leaking. However, the room price was ridiculously high. It was usually only more than 200 yuan, but the comments said it was 660 yuan a night, and there was no breakfast, and there was no restaurant at all. Don’t you think it’s ridiculous? This is the most ridiculous hotel I have booked on Ctrip.

The positive reviews were for the service, including the complimentary fruit and souvenirs. Any issues were promptly addressed. The amenities were generally okay; for a newly opened hotel, cleanliness was acceptable, and the rooms were spacious. However, I have something to complain about: breakfast. We arrived at 9:00 AM, and there was nothing left. The steamer baskets were empty, leaving only a few cold dishes and dry bread. The milk pails the kids wanted were empty, and even the desserts, which other hotels don't eat in the morning, were gone (pictures reveal the truth). The noodle area was a mess, too, with a 20-minute wait for a bowl. We grabbed something edible, but after a while, we found only dirty, uncleared tables and nowhere to sit. In such a large restaurant, there was only one young waitress, slowly collecting plates. It was truly speechless. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I'd encountered such a poor breakfast.

The first room given to be had strong smoking smell , probably left by the previous customer. Seem the hotel claim itself to be smoke free , they should take serious step to clean up the room before releasing. However the front desk was very helpful and make a change immediately without much question. I also seen cigarette butt in the main lobby and saw someone walking freely with cigarettes while the lobby staff try to be polite and ask him to stop without success. The hotel should provide a better training and protection to their staff in handling such cases. Other than this , services are up to their 5 star standard. It will be my top 2 choice when in town.

The room was nice, big and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s related to the Chinese New Year, but a fruit plate and a goodie bag were given in the room. It's really a hotel with a lot of heart. The price is very good during the Chinese New Year period. It is very close to the scenic spots, and it is very convenient to go to the three lanes and seven lanes of Yantai Mountain. We are self-driving and parking is very convenient.

We had fantastic 3-nights staying at the hotel. We like the Buddhism theme of the hotel, which also offered vegetarian buffets. As a family travelling with young kids, safety and cleanliness were our top priorities. The cleanliness of the hotel amazed us. The courtesy of the employees there is another sparkling point. On the departure day, we had to carry multiple chunky luggages along with the stroller to the shuttle bus to the airport. One of the receptionists - Mr Wei Lin had helped us roll the luggages to the shuttle bus (which is 100 meters away from the hotel) after checking out. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay with them on our next trip to Fuzhou.

The room is clean and bright, and the projection is also available for members. It's very good and affordable. I recommend staying here 👍🏻

Rongqiao Crowne Plaza is located on both sides of the Minjiang River. This one is relatively old and is located on the south bank of the Minjiang River. Rongqiao occupies a good location. It is an international brand, and the hotel standard and staff service are quite solid. The price is still good.
