Hotels in Railway Station Area, Fuzhou

Dongbai Lanes is definitely a great location to stay in Fuzhou, next to Sanfang Qixiang with great access, shopping mall & great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were beautiful, spacious & amenities were good including breakfast. Only challenge no Concierge or the reception staffs who try to help have limited capabilities for foreigners. Nevertheless still a great hotel to stay.

I recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

I like to eat breakfast that makes me feel like I've traveled around the world. The hotel has local specialty snacks, Western-style baked beans and bacon, Chinese-style morning tea and hot stir-fry, steamed, baked, fried, and boiled. Everything is a combination of Chinese and Western. Last week, I was at the ME Hotel in Fuzhou. The colorful design and the breakfast room and food make people feel refreshed early in the morning. The Western-style cooking table also has pickled pickles and oil-soaked olives. The baking part I like also has a rich selection. I made myself a sandwich. The whole wheat toast was crispy and delicious. —— 🟣The hotel has a very good gym! The strength training equipment is definitely enough, and there are relatively independent yoga and aerobic spaces equipped with mineral water and towels. 🟣The design of the hotel is basically based on bright trendy colors. The mascot honey bean elements appear in the form of dolls and pillows. The corridors of the guest rooms are beautiful, and the purple color is very charming. 🟣The refrigerator in the room is equipped with a lot of drinks, fruits, snacks and tea (Xiao Wen's tea!) for guests. You can use disposable bath sets to soak in the hot springs in the room, which is comfortable.

Very nice hotel and staff. Rooms are good size on 2 floors. Very clean and modern with big tv and comfortable bed. It was about 15min walk to major attractions but close enough. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were enough amenities and extra things in reception if needed.

Fabulous experience. Just took a weekend to visit Fuzhou, just planned to visit 三坊七巷 and nearby places. It took about 25 minutes to reach the hotel from the railway station by taxi. Hotel itself is located conveniently close to site seeing places. Easy to reach places like 三坊七巷. Subway station is within 6 minutes walk, by which many more places can be covered efficiently. I got an unexpected room upgrade upon check-in. Great thanks to Ms. Hong at the recipient desk. And I'd like to mention the Chinese Restaurant at 3rd floor, 荔枝肉 is a must-try. I did not not try other dishes is just because I could not take so much food in one meal. I'd like to recommend the Hotel to my friends.

This hotel appears to be affiliated with A tour Hotel, which is a well-established local hotel chain. As such, all the rooms are well equipped with the usual items, including a smart auto flush toilet with a heated seat. The welcome fruit platter was much appreciated and the extra bottle of drinking water offered to me when I left was also a nice and thoughtful gesture. In fact, everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They even let me store luggage for three days when I was in Wu Yi Mountain. The hotel also provided a complimentary supper at 9:30pm of rice porridge, pastries, cakes, and snacks. Breakfast was simple but featured local signature dishes. The hotel also provided free use of laundry machines and fitness equipment. The hotel is literally facing the South Exit of Fuzhou Railway Station at approximately 200 meters between them. Although there was not a lot to do around the hotel, the metro Line 1 is right next to the South Exit of the railway station.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Nanmendou subway station and 15 minutes to Sanfangqixiang. There are many places to eat around. The front desk staff was very good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room and did not charge the price difference when I extended my stay. The service was very good. The room was very spacious (Picture 1 and Picture 2 are the views outside the window), very clean, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation was also good. A small suggestion is that it would be better if the toilet was upgraded to a smart toilet.

Their latte coffee tastes superb, and milk coffee beans should be quite expensive. When I checked in at the front desk, I said that there was free coffee, otherwise I didn’t pay attention to this service when I placed the order. When I needed it, I told them on WeChat and sent it up. It felt very good. Although it was a fixed inner window room, I still felt the VIP treatment. Will come again next time.

In the bustling city of Fuzhou, we are very glad to have chosen a place like a paradise on earth - Huajiantang Zhuzixiangfu. Although it was raining outside, we were in a good mood! The hotel is located in Zhuzifang in the center of Fuzhou, only separated by a wall from Furong Garden, one of the four major gardens in Fuzhou, and only 300 meters away from Sanfang Qixiang. The geographical location is very advantageous. The ancient banyan trees are drooping around the hotel, and the Antai River flows gently, and a picture scroll of ”small bridges, flowing water and people's homes” in the south of the Yangtze River unfolds. Stepping into the hotel, it seems to have traveled back to ancient times. The white-walled tiled houses, saddle-walled courtyards, and lifelike murals on the roofs all tell the story of history. When checking in, the front desk lady gave each room a delicate snack, which was so considerate and the service response was also very fast! The room is not big but it is still quite warm, OK!

A quiet place in a busy city, convenient for travel, surrounded by delicious food, and a large supermarket in the business district, convenient for shopping. The hotel facilities are also very good, there is freshly ground coffee in the lobby, and the bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep. The service is also very good, overall very satisfied
