Hotel Neelgagan

The hotel is significantly overpriced considering the subpar services and rooms it offers. The washroom appliances are faulty, the television does not work, the rooms are cramped, and the service is lacking. Additionally, the food is overpriced and of low quality. This establishment falls short in every aspect, from amenities to customer service. It is imperative that potential guests are made aware of these shortcomings before making a reservation.

It was an amazing experience staying at bud-shah residency. The staff and hospitality was so good. Cleanliness, room and dine in was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.
