Gandhinagar Hotels with Airport pickup service

I stayed in the hotel for around 6 days in the month of August 2022. We were on a professional training program. To begin with the most surprising element was of course the behaviour of the staff. From checking to check out I found them to be absolutely amazing. Mr Biltu from front office to care of a lot of my personal requests. MS Sudipta and Ms Swathi were always pleasant and were warm, taking care of all the chote-mote needs we were nagging them with. Unlike ***y other hotels here I never found it difficult to approach the staff.. Food was another amazing blessing.. being far away from home and being in middle of such hectic schedule all our meals where yum. I remember Mr Somnath for the extra help he offered to us even though it was a buffet.. House keeping was prompt on request.. Cleaning was great.. Maybe the only Con i would mention is actually about the lift.. With so ***y rooms in place i believe one or two more lifts can be added for quicker mobility.. Last but not the least.. the view from my room was also great

The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

Hotel city inn is nice place for a short stay. They don't have their own restaurant only breakfast is served. The taste was nice but not great. Hotel staff was courteous. The room was clean. Overall good experience

The *** at reception felt offended when on reaching at hotel i intended to have a look of the room first, seeing his behaviour i agreed to the room he was about to allot us. A big gush of mosquitos entered the room the moment i opened the window ! gosh ! toilet not so clean, bed linens ok, tv did not work, restaurant opens at 8:30 am & no tea arrangement in room ?
