I reached today at the hotel and found that staff of Fern Denzong is very supportive and good at service. Rooms are clean. Front office and house keeping team is very humble and good at their work. Specially I want to praise Kartika, Ajeeta and Anusha. Washroom is clean

The Hotel is at an excellent location. Very nice silent place and at the same time just 5 minutes away from M G Market. The rooms are very big and on one side is a complete valley view. They have a coffee shop on the ground floor which is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread is huge and so is the dinner. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. Ms.Jeena at the reception gave us a room which was nice and big and did have a side view of the mountains. The staff at the restaurant consisting of Aadarsh, Radhika, Laxman, Sudip and Manika were very courteous. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The House keeping staff gives you service whenever you need. The only not so good point of the hotel is the travel desk which is very expensive compared to the market rates.

We stayed for 3 nights from 28th March 2025 at the Fern Denzong Hotel in Gangtok. I must say our choice was bang on! The Winter premium room for 3 people was quite large and well maintained. The food was also delicious. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel's proximity to MG Marg helped although it was a steep walk up or down. The cafe at the ground floor of the hotel serves real good capuccino and cookies which are a must try. The hotel staffs were quite prompt in their service and very courteous. I would surely visit it again.

Just finished our 14 days memorable, joyfilled stay at The Fern. Felt like home to us. Jeena at reception, gave us last minute booking when our other hotel got cancelled. She is kind and professional. Grateful to all the staff at reception Prashansa, Rishiki, Anusha, Arms had, Tashi, Dorje and Yogesh. Grateful to restaurant and kitchen staff -boss Anjala- always greeting us with a smile, Manita, Radhika, Dorje, Adarsh, Pravesh, Kiran and more. Excellent room service from all the housekeeping staff. I may have missed many names. Apologies.. Would recommend the Fern 100%!!

Very good . Reception people were helpful . Thank you . Laxman was very helpful . Location is very close to MG road and easy access . Hotel is 10min walk to MG road which is the shopping hub . Food was decent and kids friendly. Overall it was a good experience 6th floor could be made non smoking as we usually use to for the amazing views
