Visited this hotel with the group of office staff very good and comfortable stay the food was amazing the staff is very cooperative and polite Pramod and arpan from reception are very helpful everything is perfect for guest

Hospitality is very good and the staff is very polite and helpful. Also the quality of rooms and the items was very good and the cleanliness of washroom was also upto the mark. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay here and also recommend others to come.

The place has an amazing view. Ambience was good ***** with the food. Even the service was also good. The entire team was also cooperative & has provided a good service. I ***** with my friends really had a good time & would love to pay a visit again in the future.

I'm not exaggerating but this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. The entire crew and staff are a bunch of young lads but they gave us the best experience. Special mention to Swetha the ***ager onsite who was a real sweetheart. The interiors, food and room service were all top notch. They were kind enough to provide complementary room heater and also packed fresh breakfast at 7am as we used to leave for sightseeing a bit early and also packed lunches for us on the day we were leaving for Pelling. The only glitch is that you need to take stairs to reach the entrance as it is located slightly off the main road but they are looking at fixing that issue at the earliest. Thank you Zip by spree hotels for your hospitality.

Newly refurbished hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the licence is due for the roof top bar, only a 2 min walk from Mg road . Shame the property doesn’t have a view. Staff is very polite

Stayed here for two nights stay was very comfortable happy and mentally peaceful room service food housekeeping services everything was top notch cooperative staff Amit has helped a lot in terms of alloting the rooms to us and providing the information of surrounding areas thank you for the services I would surely visit soon

Friendly trip with company staff..Came here from Kolkata to enjoy chilly weather.pleasant stay at zip hotel at Sikkim. The staff and service were all very excellent..the food served at the breakfast and dinner buffet was too delicious. The food prepared by the kitchen staff,the service given by F&b team Reema,chanchal,Jyoti and Ramesh was excellent..the rooms were too spacious and clean..well done Housekeeping Team.The front office team were welcoming.overall all the staff of Zip by Spree Team are tremendously wonderful and great. Looking forward to visit Sikkim again and will be surely stay at Zip by Spree
