選了好幾天的酒店，果然沒失望，衞生非常優秀，一開門能聞見淡淡的香味，家裡人有潔癖，非常注重床品和馬桶衞生，進屋查看了一圈，衞生做的很到位，給酒店阿姨點贊，前台服務也很好，很親切。

前台妹妹服務很好，房間乾淨衞生，住得很舒適，這個價位住是蠻划算的，大姐每天都會來房間搞衞生，和我們聊天也親切，酒店也有免費停車。總體住下來是很不錯的，贛州是個適合久居的地方。給酒店每一位工作人員點贊👍

我不知道這家破爛店是怎麼成為酒店的，一家連公寓都不如，就這些設施又破又舊。
衞生還特別差，説是 2023 年開業，我覺得應該是 2010 年開業吧，廁所十分不乾淨，一家酒店遍地黃漬，我都懷疑沒有搞過衞生。
當時我訂的是兩間房，左右的房子明顯面積不一樣，前台還在狡辯。有一間房間的特別臭，想是被臭水溝侵佔了，廁所的怪味普遍整個房間，一進去就想吐的程度🤢🤢🤢，叫前台來處理還説沒什麼味道，我的媽，鼻子是失靈了嗎，睜眼説瞎話的本事太牛了，最後也沒有解決，整晚聞着那股臭味睡覺簡直想吐🤢，
還有停車場的位置特別少，服務態度超級差，第二天早晨就恨不得趕緊打包行李走人了。這家酒店是我住過那麼多酒店裡最差的一家了🙁
如果這家酒店沒有你們在意的東西，就去住唄。

房間衞生打掃的還可以，服務也很好，前台小伍很熱情，臨走還送了小禮物。
停車場不大，但是去的早有地方停酒店位置下高架很快就能到很方便，周圍有很多吃飯的地方。

服務方面更是無可挑剔，工作人員熱情友好，服務周到細緻。入住和退房流程辦理高效快捷，還貼心地為住客提供各種幫助和建議。
周邊配套設施也較為完善，出行方便。衞生打掃及時、徹底，整個酒店環境乾淨衞生，住在這裏非常安心，是出行的理想住宿之選。

酒店位於老城區不是鬧市區很安靜，不僅交通便利，去旅遊景點也近很方便，無論是商務□出差還是休閑旅遊，這裏都是絕佳的選擇。

房間面積挺大的，但廁所衞生比較差，我都沒敢洗澡🛁應該是在老城區，所以樓下吃的還是挺多的，有一家腸粉挺好吃，而且這裏訂外賣挺方便，總的來説一般吧

房間一般，剛住進去時房間沒有洗漱用具，還要到前台去領，夜裡還停電了，空調開不了很冷，早餐就更差了，而且特別難吃。
