Trip.com shows an average score of 4.7/5.0  . I personally think it deserves a 5.0. When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures.  The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.  I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw. The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience. I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.  The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options. There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job. I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help. The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices. I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork . 

Come to a city for a room: the small courtyard is located near the Sixianfang scenic spot. The quiet small courtyard, the warm main manager, the cute cat, the comfortable room and the eye-catching furniture are the standard here. Listening to the manager said that she is a professional designer, from the confident eyes revealed the love of this city, rooted in Ganzhou , spare no effort to promote my hometown to make me ashamed. The orange is just order, full of pulp, sour and sweet taste, sweeping my taste buds. In the small courtyard, the manager was chatting with the guests. I don't know which tree the fruit fell on my head, and it seemed to welcome me. In the evening, I made a pot of good tea, sat under the black elm tree, listened to the breeze, looked at the moon, and enjoyed this wonderful time.

The room was incredibly poorly soundproofed. For three nights in total, I had to wait for someone from upstairs or next door to finish showering before I could sleep! I could hear the water noise from other rooms. It was unbelievable. The service was okay, but for a newly opened hotel, the soundproofing really needs improvement.
