How good was it? Definitely a full 5-star experience! If I come back to the area, I'd absolutely stay here again! The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly kind. She even offered to pick me up when I arrived quite late (ಥ_ಥ). Both dinner and breakfast were delicious! The room was super comfortable; I slept soundly until morning and didn't want to get up. The electric blanket was so warm, and the screen mirroring was very convenient. Plus, there's a window where you can gaze at the stars at night! It's also really close to the scenic spots. Honestly, it made me feel like I was seeing the beauty of the world, haha! All in all, a perfect score!

Stayed in too many hotels or homestays, the first time I wrote a review, Yuan Yinyungu Hongduo B&B is worthy of the name! The beautiful scenery is beautiful, the facilities are exquisite, the details are full, and the small surprises are constantly! First, the toiletries used are actually the ”Jiang Li” series used in my home, this set is a few hundred! completely changed my own toiletries habits! The hotel I used to live in was either a fake brand or a cheap one. The hair was washed and dry, and the conditioner was even more dare not use it! Use it with peace of mind here! Not at home, I really want to take it away 😄 Second, the stylish Genting Cafe, the first time I saw the hand-sewn tent combination for yak hair, tasted coffee, the mountain in front of you, the cloud overhead, in this antique tent in a daze is to feel the mellow Tibetan culture. Third, the restaurant, this is not like a restaurant given by accommodation, this is simply a dining culture created independently for travelers for food foragers, eat at ease, sit in the soft light, soothing music, and be alone. Fourth, to Huanglong Station is really close, to Huanglong Jiuzhai to play, will be very intimate for you to explain! If a sentence is summed up: sincerity should be the biggest feature of this homestay! 👍👍👍

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan.

The room was new and clean, but it was freezing! There's no AC, and supposedly there's floor heating, but the front desk said it's centrally controlled by the hotel, meaning guests can't adjust the temperature themselves. I stayed one night, and the floor was ice cold the whole time, with outside temperatures at -8 degrees Celsius. Luckily, there was an electric blanket on the bed, so I didn't freeze while sleeping. But being in the room and bathroom was so cold I had to huddle up. Paying to stay at a hotel and still being this cold is pretty rare!
