No breakfast, good location, very close to Baxing Terrace, ancient city wall, ancient pontoon and Zao'er Alley. Good hygiene. There are many places to eat downstairs. The supermarket is open till night.

唯一的優點：距離贛七中北校區近
缺點：一噪音很大，和睡在馬路上沒有區別，不管白天還是晚上，二設施是真的很差，燈泡很暗，晚上睡覺是拴門，沒有安全感，三根本沒法洗澡上廁所，我住的那個房間，馬桶邊還滴水，總之根本沒法好好休息。

住的最邊上的單人間，窗户聊勝於無。廁所很臭，門也關不緊，整個房間都很難聞（聞到想吐的那種）。被子有黃色的印子，樓下晚上11點有人打麻將的聲音，因為臨街，車子來往的聲音也很大聲。設施很破舊，沒有吹風機。僅存的一個優點，離考場近。

離考場是真的近，前台也很好，可以續到1點多退房。衞生可以，不過同時設施舊，靠近居民區，晚上會吵。

剛好有個熱水器出問題，老闆對話態度不好，一般旅店14:00後退房，老闆卻説七八十元的店，12:00退不錯了，沒錢賺，搞得錢少，服務就這樣，愛住不住
