Beautiful, small and friendly property in the perfect location, central , lake view but quiet. All Staff are very professional and hard working , excellent customer service. Tremendous value for money with lake view rooms only a small supplement and so worth it to sit on your balcony and watch the sunset. Food at breakfast plentiful and great variety,,cooked eggs, continental meats and cheeses,,toast, pastries, homemade cakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereals., 10% disc on food for residents and the service is quick and again varied menu, lovely to eat in the cosy restaurant or on the waters edge. Warm welcoming atmosphere. Recently refurbished. Bathrooms plentiful hot water, kettles, comfy bed, fridge, tv, safe. Summer 25 complimentary airport transfers. Cannot recommend enough. If we return to Garda we would only stay here.

Wow, what a nice hotel. Andrea welcomed us so nicely and Dario pampered all along our stay. the breakfast was unbelievable good. The restaurant has really great food with very quick service with Dario running from table to table. The rooms are nice and facing the lake or the mountains.

The hotel itself was lovely and very clean. We had a lake view room which was fantastic especially watching the sunset. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. We had a continental breakfast which was a nice extra. The only reason the hotel is not a 5/5 is the walls were quite thin so as the hotel got busier over the weekend it did become noisier in our room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, spacious bathroom. The food in restaurant was excellent with a good choice of Pizzas and pastas. Close to the lake and the beach. It was a nice walk to the village center in the evening.

We loved our visits sitting outside overlooking the lake. A very relaxing place to sit as not as busy in that area of the Lake. Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our London Mule & Gin Monkey drinks & snacks. Prices were very reasonable. Would love to return when we next visit Lake Garda.

Tried restaurant on our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Started and bread was good. Then it all went wrong. Hubby had Spaghetti Bolognese and I ordered a salad as it was so hot. Hubby had eaten his meal before mine turned up. No thoughts from the staff as to why I wasn't eating Unfortunately, I had waited that long that by the time it arrived it was sent back . I wasn't eating on my own on what should have been a good night. Paid bill for what we had eaten and left. The waiter who took our payment was lovely and I did feel for him.

fantastic position. friendly clean food great breakfast outside has fantastic views. staff amazing and Irina and Reno owners are amazing and work really hard and run a fabulous family hotel.The position is fantastic a free shuttle bus runs outside. Waiters are brilliant and english excellent

Great little 3 star hotel on the waterfront at Garda.. room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Lake.. the staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good. Parking available a short walk away..good value.
