"of course in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics are very champion, especially since this hotel is new. but for the balcony privilege type, below 10 pm it is very uncomfortable because the noise of the crowd from the mall can be heard clearly into the room. It so happened that there was live music in the mall. then for access it is indeed very well maintained, because before entering the room corridor, you have to enter a door that requires access. but this is rather inaccessible if there are two people who need to go out, while the access card can be 2; one must be on standby for the room. then about breakfast, the variety is limited and only stands out in the bread. the taste is also standard, nothing is great. and finally for the pool is very, very small. so it is indeed suitable for only staying 1 night, no more."

"We stayed two nights at Kalapalua Lake View on a weekday. Accessibility is good for city cars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Room amenities are good. Hotel internet is available. Because it was a weekday and there were not many guests, breakfast was only served a la carte with limited choices. I chose fried rice. The next day, the hotel was quite busy and there was a buffet breakfast with more choices, mainly Indonesian dishes. Room service (lunch and dinner) also generally featured traditional Sundanese dishes. We enjoyed the calm, beautiful, and cool atmosphere (17°C - 23°C) by taking a boat ride around the small lake on site and feeding the fish."

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"
