rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

The facilities are great and well-equipped, though all kid activities come with a fee. The swimming pool is heated, and in the morning, you can take a walk around the rice paddies. There's also a waterpark and a place to play pickleball. We even got a free upgrade to a family room!

This was my first time here, and I was very disappointed because my special request for side-by-side rooms, made when booking, was not fulfilled. My wife and I were given a twin-bed room (separate beds), and my children's room was about six rooms away, although on the same floor. I was extremely disappointed and furious with the hotel receptionist who could only apologize, stating that the request had been communicated to the booking platform. I even asked for proof via email or correspondence between the hotel and the platform, considering my booking was made two weeks ago. However, there was still no solution; she could only promise a room change for the next day. So, we checked into our rooms feeling very emotional. The next day, around 1 PM, I was informed that we could move to the room next to my children's. In the afternoon, after returning to the hotel, I proceeded with the room change. I am very disappointed with this kind of situation; my mood for a relaxing trip in Garut was ruined by what happened at the hotel. My request wasn't unusual or unreasonable at all. What I can't understand is why the hotel gave me two twin rooms, without considering that we are a family. At the very least, they could have given one double and one twin. The hotel's location is quite strategic, being in the center of Garut, but don't expect the hotel to have much empathy for its guests. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers, it's perfect for families and super comfortable! The breakfast menu is diverse; my advice is to go really early, like 6 AM, because it gets super crowded later, especially during long weekends ;)

The hotel has strategic facilities, wow because you can play in the water park for free Just exchange the voucher from the hotel. For children under 5 years old it's free. Nice view from the room and favorable for people who smoke. Hot pool is great. Coffee and breakfast is superb!

See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”. But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

Overall the experience of staying at Sans Hotel Guntur Cendana Garut is quite good. The service is friendly, the staff is also helpful and responsive. The atmosphere is comfortable and the facilities are quite according to the needs of staying. A little input for hygiene, maybe before the room is given to the guests can pay more attention to the screening of the bed sheet and bed cover, especially to make sure it has been completely changed and cleaned. yesterday i had time to get the bed sheet/bed cover which felt a bit dusty and like there was a little sand 😢 but overall it is still comfortable and the stay is good.hope that the hygiene can be improved in the future so that guests are more comfortable.thank you!🤍
