Great location. Room is sparkling clean. Easy to walk around for sight seeing n food hunting.
Staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel crew are extremely helpful and friendly. I rent a car to drive myself and they are very happy to share with me where can I go for good food and nearby car wash. The hotel location are surrounded by all type of good food and attractions basically just need a 10-20 min travelling time. Definitely will visit this hotel again.

Everything is fine. The hotel using self-service kiosk check-in, and many requests cannot be met.

Hotel room and toilet are clean. Staff also very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for local food lovers as it’s just stone throw distance from hotel.

The hotel is located 15 - 30 minutes of walking distance away from night market, dimsum restaurants, cafe and shopping mall. Room is clean, quiet and bed is super comfortable with complimentary toiletries. It's a good choice for holiday. Only down side is their bar closes early by 7pm but there are plenty of drink places not far away.

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Penang. Hotel is clean and just beside New Lane Night Market (except Wednesday). The only downside is the swimming pool comes with lots of crows and pigeons. Hope the hotel management can set up some netting or so to prevent the birds from coming to the pool. Anyway thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Everything is good just that hotel would like to consider to change to more advance TV. One Indian guy from housekeeping is very good and very friendly. Keep up the good work. Hotel near to eateries (non-halal). Walking distance to a few popular eateries too. Stayed with this hotel for most of my trips for almost 20yrs, nostalgia.

The room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff super helpful,
Breakfast buffet was good with a large selection of food.
It's on the same street as the new street food market so no issue with finding dinner late at night, easy to get a taxi and easy to walk from.

Room was clean and neat. Abit of stench that comes from the carpet, but was not too bad. Was glad that the hotel water usage was not affected during this period. It was near to alot of the eateries and shopping areas. Staff at the breakfast lounge was great. Very friendly staff and interactive but I did not manage to get his name. Thumbs up!
