Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team.
We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in.
Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived.
We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night.
Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room.
On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too.
Highly recommended.

My mom and I were at the hotel! The hotel is for girls! The location is good, but you can't swim in the sea near the hotel) you need to ride 3-5 minutes (by bike) or walk 10-15 minutes to the central line with a gentle slope into the water).
The service is excellent, all the staff is helpful. Upon check-in they gave us gifts - anklets for the leg or arm) there were hair ties in the rooms). It was nice, they always left gifts in the room, pleasant surprises: a toy turtle, cookies, hair clips) they wrote new phrases on the mirror) we went for a massage - we were given a discount coupon. The massage is magical)
In the evening, music plays at the hotel, a guy with a fire show performs.
The breakfasts are divine and very tasty!!!! We ate enough for the whole day ahead!!!

The only thing is that the beach nearby is not suitable for swimming, either at low tide or at high tide: you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach with a good entrance to the water

A very pleasant and joyful hotel. We were loved there, made happy, treated. A very comfortable warm pool, a cozy room without a TV (as we wanted), incredible great breakfasts on days when the wonderful hostess Elu (I think so) is on shift and very good when she is not on shift.
It is very convenient that there is a spa on the hotel grounds with discounts for guests. Bicycles are always parked in front of the hotel (60 thousand rupees per day).
You won't be able to swim near the hotel, the best option is a 7-minute walk towards the port, where the beaches begin with a normal entry without waves and almost no boats. Or you can go anywhere by bike.
Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent service and all the amenities. I really want to come back again.
