Chambre Classic nous avons eu les chiffons encore restant dans notre salle de bain des femmes de ménage je penses ..
Pas mal de fissures et de trous dans le plafond et énormément bruillant on entant chaque voisins

This hotel has good location near the coast. Room was fine. Bed was perfect. Big minus is cleaning of rooms. They didn’t mop the floor in my room during my stay. I found in bathroom a lot of long black hair on the floor and in shower also. Breakfast was OK. Near is place on the coast with seals.

Woww, heel mooie ,nette kamer.Het ontbijt 10++++++, al op vele plaatsen geweest over heel de wereld, maar nog nergens zo een verzorgd uitgebreid ontbijt gehad.Vriendelijke service en bediening.

Heel fijn hotel in het centrum van Oostende en vlak bij het strand. Fijne schone kamer. Een heel goed bed. Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met heerlijke dingen Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dit hotel is een aanrader voor als je een paar dagen weg wilt.

Wij houden van de rust in hotel Cocoon. Ontspannen sfeer, zowel bij het ontbijt als het restaurant ‘s avonds. Mooie kamers en ruim. Heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad. Vriendelijk onthaal, professionele housekeeping maar vooral ook dicht bij het centrum en de zee. Super service qua parkeergelegenheid! Een aanrader in Oostende!

We hebben het restaurant bezocht : " Cocoon Dining by Bjorn". We hebben voortreffelijk gegeten, "ver weg van de "toeristenhap" en weg van die Oostendse rommelige drukte. Zeer attente gastvrouw, excellente chef, gezellig interieur, ontspannende achtergrondmuziek, kortom een aanrader.

Wat zijn die Belgen toch aardig en vriendelijk! Via luxery geboekt; dat hadden ze nog niet vaak meegemaakt dus moesten we zelf achter ons arrangement aan! Het diner was geweldig heel persoonlijk, de kamers waren goed maar hadden wel wat gebruikerssporen! Heerlijke badproducten als presentje.. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en volgens ons ook de trots van het hotel. Geweldige ligging
