Great staff, professional, hospitable, with warm smiles. The hotel itself feels like it’s in transition. The common areas’ amenities are modern but the furniture and fixtures in my room were outdated, dimly lit and I just couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lamps bedside. My suite had 2 TVs. A larger, newer one in the sitting area and a smaller, older one in the bedroom. The sliding glass doors to the balcony also had challenges with closing (less of a security concern since my room was not on the ground floor. Overall, it’s an ok place and I hope they upgrade the finishes in the rooms - go all the way!

Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and pool was an awesome extra for my kids.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. It's older but it was clean and updated. Beds were comfy and the staff was super nice. Breakfast was good.

I will be staying here any time I am in Denver. Doug at the front desk was absolutely amazing. This was the most welcoming experience I have ever had at a hotel. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining. He treated us like we were guests in his home. Thank you so much Doug. This property is great as well, rooms are clean and quiet.

I just stayed here for a week, and would recommend this hotel to anybody. The room I was in wasn’t anything special but nice and clean and well kept. The staff are what made this hotel for me. Staff and service were 12/10. If you’re lucky you’ll get Doug at the front desk, give that guy a raise! The breakfast is better than most hotel included breakfasts in my opinion. Great lobby area to relax. Fair priced. Pool and hotel were nice as well.

The staff are awesome! Room 619 just need the shower curtain rod addressed, but overall very nice stay! Great breakfast as well!

The toilet did not work properly - it ran and required us to constantly get up to stop the water running.

Just there for a nights sleep before an appointment the next day. It was quiet, comfortable and restful.

Faucets in both sink and shower were very hard to gauge and handles were loose. Also called front desk one night about five times over 20 minutes to set wake up call and nobody answered
