I loved the reception I received from the onset, the food; the cleanliness and hospitality from the team was impeccable. I especially enjoyed the massage given to me by the masseuse, Silvana. She was very polite and professional. It was a soothing massage altogether. A straight 10/10!! I’m so impressed! Would definitely refer to others…such an amazing experience!

The entire experience was an absolute 5 star . The place looks waaaaaaay better in real life😍My absolute favourite experience was the spa. I had the best ever relaxing full body massage by Rita 🥹🙌🏻🫶🏼 50 minutes has never felt so short.

It was an unforgettable experience for our family. A warm welcome from the reception, excellent service, very tasty food and not to mention the room with a stunning view of the sea, especially during sunset😍 It is the perfect place for your family vacation and not only.

30€ in cash (lek and euro notes) was taken from my room, from my wallet. Management did nothing to sort the situation out. Instead, they decided to blame me and my friends for the money being taken. Needed the cash to pay for my taxi to the airport and they didn’t want to help.

The hotel consists of three hotels within the resort. They seem modern and generally well-maintained. We stayed in the newest hotel and could use all the facilities in the resort. Even though it's advertised as five-star hotel, this one doesn't have an indoor pool so we had to walk for 5-minutes to get to the other hotel's indoor pool which was the only one functional. So, three big hotels had only one indoor pool available. Our hotel had an outdoor pool and water slides which was very good, even though there was no music or activity throughout the day. The other issue here was that even though we had an all-inclusive package, in every bar we had to pay for drinks. A bar near our hotel's pool which seemed to be for all-inclusive guests, wasn't working. Again, in all resort, there was only one bar that served drinks for all-inclusive guests and it was in the main bulding. So we had to walk 5-mins from our hotel to get drinks. As for the drinks, they are the worst drinks to exist. They were served from 2-litre plastic bottles of the lowest quality and you can imagine how fresh they are in the bottles that stay opened all the time. The staff tried to be helpful, but they are very young and many of them can't help you. A boy in the bar asked me how do you make a gin tonic drink. The food is ok but repetitive and the choices are limited (this is in our hotel, as we didn't had the chance to try the restaurant in the main hotel but a staff there told us that they should be mostly the same.) The parking is messy and on a dusty and rocky surface. The Wi-fi is pretty good in all the resort. All in all, if you decide to book this hotel, stay away from the all-inclusive package because you will nevertheless have to pay for a decent drink or maybe get a drink at all.

The hotel doesn’t offer underground parking, which makes it harder to keep your car safe, definitely something to improve. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the SPA area was unusable because it was overcrowded. It felt like the hotel had more guests than it could handle. The indoor pool was also not clean, and the air inside was too hot and heavy, likely due to the sauna and poor ventilation. The food was delicious, but again, the space was too small for the number of guests, making mealtimes feel rushed and uncomfortable. On the bright side, the beach bar was fantastic, and the beach itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The only downside was the sunbeds. They weren’t very comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel and rooms, With gothic furniture Reception staff was rude and not helpful , Not professional at all, I did find one of the girls very nice and helpful so not everyone was rude The place is overcrowded with too many people Overall a good experience but wouldn’t go back again There is so many other hotels that are less crowded and you get a better personal service.

Had a work conference at this hotel. It is beautifully located on the Adriatic. While the rooms are small, the balconies overlooking the pool/ocean make the rooms feel much bigger than they are. Bed was comfortable. They don’t have a comfortable chair in which to do work. The safe didn’t work; my sink was clogged; they don’t give you new waters after the first day. The shower was great. Overall, the room was so-so, but it had a great view. The hotel itself is decent. The people at the front desk were very helpful. One even took my colleague to the airport in his own car when she overslept her alarm. That’s noteworthy service! The food was okay but everything tasted the same. They were cooking for 600 so I understand the challenges. The dinning hall was very crowded. I had one meal in the ala carte restaurant and it was good (and quiet).
