"This hotel is extremely clean, the receptionist Elba was very helpful, she was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was included with our stay, there was a lot of variety, even for the fussy eaters. The beach was just over the bridge. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only advice is that it was difficult for us to find using google maps. We drove around for about twenty minutes. Perhaps better signs on the road side would help. Overall this was a fantastic hotel."

"The hotel is new and very beautiful and the location is great- very near the sea, front of the sea. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, you can find beach towels also for free. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very big buffet and restaurant. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also duringth the stay, they recommendedus a lot of places to visit in Albania. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Albania"

"We stayed here back in June, it’s a fantastic hotel! Staff are very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean. Amenities are very modern and the private beach area is a huge plus. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and Golem village centre is just a few minutes away. The only thing I would say is that breakfast is extremely repetitive which meant eating pretty much the same thing every morning, however I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again!"

"For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"

"Beds very good, general cleanliness very good, beach also clean, large selection of food, friendly staff, child-friendly playground and children's "paradise" next door, minibar available. Only our balcony was MINI. Evening entertainment a bit loud, but after 11pm you could hardly hear it."
