As soon as we walked inside we all instantly felt relaxed. The very stylish and simple decor with lots of lush plants had a calming effect on us. The spa was a relaxing experience and visually very special. The food and drinks from the bar and Brutal restaurant were all delicious and well presented. Of course, as with all hotels around the world, food and drinks are more expensive than in the local area, that is to be expected. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Always helpful and friendly. One member of staff Romina was especially helpful. She was super efficient and professional, demonstrating her experience and knowledge of giving excellent customer service. She understood our needs and has excellent English language skills, a great asset to the hotel. Our rooms were spacious and stylish.
