1 房間很多地方未打掃 比如臭襪子 比如吹風機的頭髮
2 裝修味道大 一般新裝修味道大點 也正常 但是滿屋子裝修的膠 灰 裝修廢渣 那就是酒店問題了
3 反應問題後從8點多23點多 一直沒有給處理方案 唯一的處理就是拿走了臭襪子
4 攜程投訴後夜裡接近12點酒店經理才來處理 但是依然沒有給出合理方案，攜程提出的升級房型 水果不能實現.讓我換酒店去橘子，出來玩高原，夜裡讓換酒店，這個方案真的不是故意折騰人？
5 其實從一開始就想要一個態度和主動解決的方案，這酒店服務一直讓客人去推動.
6 最差美居沒有之一，不是硬件多差，而是態度巨差，而且沒有服務的意識，到最後三人入住，衹有兩雙拖鞋.

這次出差入住格爾木美居酒店的體驗特別好，必須好好誇誇！酒店的環境讓人眼前一亮，通風也不錯，沒有異味，整體氛圍很舒適，忙碌一天後回到房間，瞬間能放鬆下來。服務周到，從入住辦理到日常需求響應，工作人員都特別周到，讓人感覺很貼心，有種賓至如歸的温暖。設施方面也很齊全，最驚喜的是早餐，種類豐富多樣，食材新鮮，味道地道，吃得特別滿足，為一天的工作攢足了能量。
總之，這是一次非常棒的入住體驗，下次來格爾木，肯定還選美居酒店！

我得給格爾木美居酒店點個大大的贊！這地方簡直太讚了，就像找到了一個隱藏在鬧市中的小寶藏！
首先，這酒店的設施簡直太全了，應有盡有，健身房、洗衣房、還有那個超級棒的自助餐廳，簡直是吃貨的天堂啊！而且前台的小姐姐、小哥哥，她簡直就是個超級貼心小天使，不僅解答問題超級耐心，還給我推薦了好多好玩的地方和好吃的美食，讓我這個外地人感覺像回到了家一樣。
再説説客房，哎呀，那叫一個舒服！床軟得跟棉花糖似的，衞生乾淨得我都想直接躺地上打滾了。而且，不管我有什麼小需求，衹要一按那個服務鈴，酒店的小夥伴們就像閃電俠一樣飛奔而來，解決問題的速度比我還快呢！
最後，這酒店的氛圍也太棒了，一進門就感覺像是走進了某個高端派對現場，到處都是温馨又時尚的氣息。在這裏，你可以找到各種各樣的人，聊聊天、交交朋友，感覺整個世界都變得親切起來。
總之，格爾木美居酒店就是個讓人來了就不想走的地方，我強烈推薦給每一個路過的小夥伴，保證你們會愛上這裏的！

為上級部門主管來格檢查定的商務酒店，我也順便在隔壁房間陪住一晚，説一下我的親身感受，該酒店位於格市中心位置，毗鄰火車站，商場，小吃街，地理位置優越，交通停車極度方便，有碩大的地下車庫，前台小姐姐態度和藹，辦理入住高效，房間整潔乾淨，設施設備齊全，屬於我在國內出行入住美居酒店的天花板，晚上點的外賣還有温馨的機器人送餐，晚間還去了三樓的健身房，一秒驚艷，看到隔壁還有大型的會議室，可以考慮公司的今年培訓會議在這舉行，早餐餐品豐富，玲琅滿目，就餐區更是舒適+奢華，吃完早飯喝着咖啡久久不忍離去，早餐期間聽的最多的就是上級領導對我選擇這個酒店的誇讚👌
