A great hotel with quietness and space. We got upgraded. We had our private onsen. There is a room in 12/F to see mt Fuji. We accidentally left some items when we checked out and Daisuke Fujitsuka was very helpful. He assisted to our needs either patience and great service. He’s one of the best staff we have seen in there. Thanks.

Very Big Room with Fuji Mountain View. The staffs are very nice. Once I forgot the room card and phone to went to Onsen, a staff helped me check my identity and opened the door for me. On the check-in, our toilet door has some problems and I reported to the staff. A manager came very soon, check the door and tell us there was not engineer at that moment and she proposed room swapping for us. As it's a minor problem, we declined the offer. In general, this is the most luxury hotel in Japan I've been. Really enjoy the hotel and Onsen.

We were in town to visit Mount Fuji and stayed for 4 days. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had its own mini onsen, which was relaxing. The mount fuji view was beautiful! We didn't have the breakfast but there was a microwave on the onsen level to heat up your food. My boyfriend really loved the onsen. We would visit again!

Location is great but it is better with a car then it is was just less than 10 minutes to Gotemba premium outlet. Walking distance to 24 hour supermarket and chemist. Many food choices around Gotemba which are near to the hotel. Onsen within the hotel and nice Japanese teppanyaki restaurant

Hotel was conveniently located near Gotemba Outlet shopping and is a good base to head off for travelling either to Kawafujiko or Hakone area. Hot spring was good and clean and overall a pleasant experience.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many - work covered, expensive "5 star hotels". We had perfect views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were huge and super well fitted out. It's not the best location wise if you're wanting to go shopping in Gotemba, but this didn't bother us as we hired a car and drove there on our own. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went way beyond and above. The driver drove us to our destination (Gotemba train station that we requested) and then realized we were standing around looking where to go - he came over and asked if we were lost and drove us to the correct location (the car rental shop). The reception gave us a tour of the area to make sure we knew where the lifts were, how to use the various facilities (especially the onsen). If you have kids or traveling as a couple, I couldn't recommend this place more.
