The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

The hotel is very good, but I have nothing to complain, and the grassroot offers tours with a guide, which starts transport at 6 a.m. The hotel does not provide breakfast. I asked and the metrie was very requested, heartily, extremely educated informing that I would release what was ready at 6:15. Our guide passed 6:20 a.m., and we swallow something quickly, so I suggest that in these holiday periods they have a time that is compatible with the guides' timetables, starting at 5:30 a.m.

Hotel muito bem localizado, há poucos metros de distância da rua coberta. Acomodações muito boas, café da manhã com boa variedade e muito bem servido. Piscina coberta aquecida e brinquedoteca são bons atrativos para dias chuvosos. Funcionários muito bem treinados e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Por outro lado, é uma grande comodidade contar com o serviço de manobristas do hotel.

The ad said q had cable TV and the room had only balloon and sbt. We asked for the reception and they passed q was all. For us with children watching national newspaper on rain day doesn't help much.

The rooms and the bathroom are small. I stayed in a luxury suite with a couple bed and one single bed. Three people can't go through the room without a bed.
I was invited to meet with my children one of the thematic suites and I observed many negative and extremely dangerous points.
The pools are covered with smooth slips a alert, I entered with care because I saw the plate and even falls and hurt the paddle.
Or indicate using anti-slip socks.
