A dream come true to come and stay so close to the rim of the Grand Canyon. We had a lovely little lodge a very short walk from the edge. The room had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable. Will recommend your magnificent place.

The room came with what we found out was a shared bathroom. We did find out later that there were not guests in the next room so we did have the bathroom to ourselves. The shower was into a century old tub with curtains hanging around it. In the matter of one night we saw two daddy long legs spiders and a cockroach on the floor in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning only a fan which did work rather well. The place was so dark and dingy that we left and didn’t stay for our second night. The second night was a charge of $256 and we were not refunded by trip.com or the hotel.

Accommodation in the park is very quiet, but it is difficult to find if you arrive after dark. There are not many parking spaces, and they are shared with ordinary tourists. If you arrive during the peak season or holidays, there may be no parking spaces temporarily. The hotel has an unbeatable view. Convenient for sightseeing.

There is no air conditioning. It is not suitable to stay in this season. There are small bugs on the bed. The location is OK. You can walk to see the sunrise in the morning. There is nothing else.

Very friendly and the accommodation is clean! The reception staff are friendly and the night sky is a work of art. The Grand Canyon is so big that I recommend staying at a lodge even if it is a bit expensive.

Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Noisy, uncomfortable bed, small room and tiny bathroom stall. I didn't sleep at night because all the walls were made of wood and I could completely hear everything from the top floor, hallway and rooms to the sides. Horrible and very expensive!

Strange that you have to check in again on the 2nd day of your stay to be able to open your room door. Furthermore, it is a great location a stone's throw from the rim, with many facilities, helpful staff, and accommodation that is completely in style.

The room facilities are relatively old, but the location is very good, just beside the Grand Canyon. No service, take care of yourself

My husband booked 3 nights at this hotel in a room with a toilet and shower through a third party booking site, Agoda. Upon our arrival we had been allocated 2 nights in a room with a toilet but no shower, and a swap to a different room for the third night. We queried the booking with the receptionist, Krista Zimmermam, and showed our booking information. She was very apologetic and indicated that there are occasionally problems with bookings made through third parties. The hotel was very busy but she very kindly upgraded our booking to Buckey’s Cabin, which was directly overlooking the Canyon. A fantastic location and excellent customer service. Tip: book direct with the property. The cabin was spacious and very clean. The rooms are only serviced on request, but we had no issues with the room. Coffee making facility was in the room. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans were provided. The site did get busy for parking during the daytime, but we always found somewhere to park. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Grand Canyon. Location cannot be beaten.

Location, location, location! My husband and I stayed in a Bright Angel Lodge cabin with bathroom with a view of the canyon right from the door. Bucket list! The cabin does not have air conditioning so we had to be very purposeful to keep everything closed during the day and then open everything up at night plus keep the fans going. The room and linens were very clean but I was a little put off by their bagless wastebaskets in the room, especially for bathroom garbage :S. There is no housekeeping services unless requested so be proactive if you want fresh towels, garbage removal and the like. Parking, for the hotel/cabins, is not reserved or assigned so a lot of people parked in the hotel area who were hiking the canyon day trail below. We arrived later in the evening so there were plenty of spaces but if you arrive between late morning and mid afternoon, it could be a struggle. We saw many people go get their vehicles and bring them closer to their cabin later in the evenings. The bus stop for the shuttle that goes along the rim, and around the village, is just down from the cabins and is close enough even for those with some mobility issues. The main lodge has a restaurant and cocktail lounge as well as a well appointed gift shop. Overall, you're paying for the location but it was well worth it for this Canadian couple!

Amazing, great staff, gorgeous room (for a cabin), and the location is everything! Family vacation with 2 adults and 2 kids age 9 and 5. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have a transportation desk which became essential when I booked the wrong date for our bus to Flagstaff. The restaurants were great, steak house and cafe! But the location can’t be beat!

I got on a waiting list over a year in advance for a rim cabin at Bright Angel Lodge and we were fortunate enough to get one. The cabin (6151) was just steps from the rim of the Grand Canyon. The view from our room was phenomenal. The cabin itself is rustic and basic. No AC but there was a room fan and a ceiling fan which circulated the air nicely. Room is small but we were there for the view not the amenities in the room. It was magical to watch the sunset from just outside our room. The view would've been the same from inside the room. Woke up to the sunrise and the Grand Canyon. If you can get a rim cabin I highly recommend them. 6151 and 6152 are excellent.

I had a Standard Queen room with no bath/tub/shower. First of all, the parking here is terrible. I think I circled around the loop for 30 minutes waiting for a spot to open, which ended up being quite a walk to the lobby. The room is in a building with other rooms, it's not a cabin. My room was very clean and inviting and contained a sink with towels. You have to go down the hall to use the restroom or take a shower. I really didn't mind that part, but the floors are so old, that anytime anyone is walking around you can hear them. Otherwise, the area is quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Probably wouldn't stay here again mainly because of having to fight for a parking space.
