Absolutely perfect! 100% recommended. We loved everything: the setting, the welcome, the services, the food. This place is like paradise! The staff is lovely and the trip was magical! This is our third stay and we will definitely be back!!

I have to complain. I stayed in Maoqiu for a month. It was a good stay in the Four Seasons. The natural environment is good and clean! I chose this one from the north. It looked high-end online, but in reality it was not! There was a smell of urine when we checked into the room. My son also asked why there was a smell of urine, and then the floor in the room felt like it was pulling when walking on it. I couldn't stand it the next day, so I cleaned the floor myself. . . . , the price/performance ratio is too poor! The beach also seems to have been artificially paved for a section, and it can finally be moved.

The hotel is very good. The guy in the golf cart, Devish, is very polite. He carried two 50kg luggages without panting. Rishi served in the restaurant on the third floor. High end resort hotel.

The hardware and decoration are good, but the room type is a bit small. The service is very poor. Except for the spa at the front desk, other staff have basically no service attitude. The air conditioner was broken and not cooling. I called three times and said they would send someone to fix it, but no one came. I called the fourth time and said they would send someone to fix it. After more than 20 minutes, he called me back and told me that someone would not come to repair it until tomorrow afternoon. I even made an appointment at a restaurant at the wrong time, and without any remedy, I had to go to the buffet. The beach is very small, so it’s not easy to take photos. A hotel that is highly not recommended.
