Clean and modern rooms, very comfortable beds and clean linens. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. We attempted to use the pool which looked clean, but a kids sports team filled the area all day, making it hard for adults to use it. They did have adults only pool hours but an adults only section would be nice. The bar and restaurant area was very nice with a an outdoor patio and fire pit. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning but thats about it for complimentary. For the price we paid, it would be nice to offer a complimentary breakfast option like fruit or yogurt.

This property was amazing. We had an issue with the booking and between the hotel and ******* they took care of it. Great hotel will stay again if in the area.

Dirty hot tub and jets not working
My wife and I came for her birthday because they have an inside hottub that goes outside and we came especially for this feature of the hotel. The jets were not working on the part that was outside but we went outside anyway.
While sitting outside a ball of hair came floating from the inside part of the hot tub and there were dark piles matter in the corners (see pictures).
I noted this in our review and was awarded 5,000 points on my Hilton Honors account (50,000 pts = 1 night stay) for our experience. I thanked them for the gesture but what they offered was nothing substantial.
I hope they are able to take better care of the hot tub in the future and look for better ways to make their guests satisfied when something is not up to their standards.
