Grand inn & motel 6 king of bed bugs and drama this place is crazy the board of health or attorney General this motel should be shut down permanent and stop all immigrants for having motels in America are local government should be looking at this this guy

The staff was completely rude I stayed there for a week the housekeepers are rude everyone worked there was rude I didn't know like you couldn't ask for a sheet cuz my son was really sick we went there so when I would ask him for a sheet or something they would get mad and they would bring me one hours later cuz my son was sick. I would never stay there again it was not worth the money the room is not bad but the carpets stand up and the other people that stay there were like partying and fighting it was a disaster I clean up the room when I left the machines didn't work the vending machines didn't work I would not recommend this I would say go find a different place for the same price.

The lamp in the corner was broken. The latch on the door was broke. There was no slippery resistant in the tub. My 76 year old mother fell in the shower because it was slippery.

Good Good Hotel. Room Clean. Only problem was they put us on far end of hotel to be on ground floor. But had small stairs to go up. This end of hotel needed cleaning up, especially at entrance. Hallway had terrible ordor. But once in room, it was very clean.

Really Nice rooms for the price ! Would come back again.

This place is set all by itself with no bad "neighbors" so to speak and close to many restaurants and not far from Frederick Meijer Gardens. Reasonably priced , as well it should be based on chains reputation. Staff was fine. room clean, lots of channels to watch, no bad noises, horrible breakfast stuff as expected.
