Premier Inn Gravesend Central

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have all necessities you could need, it's a great help being able to leave my luggage with staff several hours before check in time so I don't have to bring it out and about with me. Beds are very comfortable. We always love having a room with a bath tub for that extra relaxation vibe! Have stayed at this hotel several times.

Over all a good place to stay room was clean and comfortable the building is a little tired nothing to spoil your stay though Saturday mornings buffet breakfast was nothing short of amazing cooked to perfection by Charlotte who was on top of her job but still had time to chat abilly assisted by Alcilia who was friendly approachable and nothing was too much trouble a top team working seamlessly and a credit to the firm Contrast this with sunday although we were booked for a time the buffet breakfast wasn't you had to order and waited a full hour for it to be served but sadly some of it was still cold both staff seemed.compleatly overwhelmed by the numbers eating even though you have to book the day before and select a time the coffee machine constantly ran out of milk the orange juice consistently only had enough for three people and the person serving looked like you had just insulted her mother when it was pointed out to her Over all the staff were friendly and approachable Sunday's catering staff were probably let down more by policy and cost saving drives rather than actual ability Would still recomend it as a place to stay

We’ve had a lovely evening in the restaurant. We’re only staying here for one night and was greeted by the lovely receptionist. She was super welcoming. Kelsa the chef did an absolutely brilliant job cooking solo this evening. Every meal (8 mains) was presented so beautifully- the service was outstanding. I honestly don’t know how Kelsa cooked our food so quickly. Everything was delicious and all served all at once. We would definitely recommend this friendly hotel and restaurant.

Reception staff and check in excellent. Room tired. Unpleasant smell from sink plughole (room 132). Great choice at breakfast but food had been cooked long before and left under lamps so the full English elements were dry and the fried eggs were solid. A surprisingly disappointing experience for a Premier Inn stay. Wouldn't recommend this Premier Inn based on our 1 night stay

It is/was my son's birthday this last weekend, and the staff made him feel like a King. They put some balloons and happy birthday banners up in the room. The room was clean and tidy and the birthday card was a lovely touch too. Clo and your team were fabulous. We look forwards to staying again.
