The hotel is in Surrey and it takes about 30 minutes to drive out of Richmond (no traffic jams). The hotel has complete facilities. In addition, even during the COVID-19 period, a free and rich breakfast will be provided for you to bring your room food. I will only give four copies for my two children, which is worth staying again.

The stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. Loved her personality. Than you for a very pleasant stay Best Western.

The front desk service is enthusiastic (I still do n’t know how to communicate in English), but the service staff will mark the main tourist attractions of Vancouver on the map and be patient. Easy parking and easy access to attractions by public transport. If breakfast can be provided, it will be perfect for travelers from other countries. Recommended

We paid $289 incl. Taxes had to pay an extra $22 for parking which I wasn't aware of. Room was clean other than coke stains on the wall and water in the sink not draining very good. The view was a concrete wall of the next building. 🥴

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station. Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean. There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

I literally picked a hotel at random, just needing a place for me and my mother to sleep for a few hours between my flight and train the next morning. This was one of the best impulse picks I have ever made. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Frankly, it felt like I had picked a luxury suite. The staff was helpful, friendly, and eager to please. They even opened up their breakfast area an hour early so we could get coffee before heading out. Top notch, will plan on a longer stay next time.

The room was fine but it was not what I thought it was going to be. It is more like a hostel. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. As we were there for a function in ocean park area the location was awesome.

Budget hotel in Vancouver. Clean place for a bed and shower. Good service. Staff are extremely helpful. The night receptionist offered to help us to take our luggage upstairs (no elevator). No Frills and Dollarmart across from the hotel. Good for last minute shopping before a cruise. Will stay again.

The hotel did not provide breakfast. There is a safeway nearby. It is open until 11 pm. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the subway station. There is an underground car park. There is also a bus to the city.
