Our family of three, all adults, booked this junior suite, which was on the first floor due to the room type. The view from the second floor was better but it did not meet our requirements. The hotel is located in the very center of Guanajuato, and a parade passed by the door on the day we arrived. The hotel has good soundproofing facilities, so you don't have to worry about affecting your sleep even though it is located in a busy city. The ceilings are very high, and there is an open-air bar on the top floor. We were given coupons and we drank champagne there in the evening. From the open-air bar you can see the Pipila statue, which is the highest mountain. The atrium of the hotel is large and well designed, where you can sit and relax. Breakfast was served to order and was delicious.

Gorgeous hotel with a great location
Small adorable and gorgeous hotel with excellent service and great location. We loved our room it was very spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed in around the Guanajuato area.

Super nice, very helpful and and always smiling personal. Great service and amazing accommodation. Only switching the shower head doesn’t fully work, water comes still from both, but that is one tiny detail.

Beautiful
Stunning place located in the heart of the city. The room was incredible. We just had a slight problem with using some free drink tickets but overall we highly recommend.
