Excellent location: The hotel is located next to Pipila, the handicraft market and the upper and lower entrances of the cable car are at the door of the hotel. 2. The hotel presents a cable car up and down card. With the hotel room card, you can take the cable car for free without any queuing. The only thing you should pay attention to is that the cable car runs until 9 pm, and you need to take a taxi back to the hotel after 9 pm. It's not too expensive for around ten yuan. 3. The breakfast provided by the hotel is at Casa Valadez next to the Juarez Theater. It is said to be one of the most famous restaurants in Guanajuato. The restaurant is designed in a classic style and is very distinctive. There are two ways to use the complimentary breakfast card. One is to choose a fixed set meal, which includes a staple food, coffee, fruit salad or juice, and French bread. There is no charge in this way. The second is not to choose the set meal, the restaurant menu is arbitrarily selected, in this case the breakfast card presented by the hotel can be deducted 120 pesos. We booked a superior room with a balcony. The location is just below the top of the Pippila Mountain. On the mountain behind the theater, the scenery is superb. On the balcony, the view of Guanajuato is unobstructed. Not only has a balcony out of the room door, but it is a terrace. We stayed for two days and the price is very high. The only downside is to go up more than 100 steps.

Great location right in the middle of Guanajuato. Very nice owners. The hostel is kept very clean. The bathrooms were probably the worst part of staying here. They are extremely small and cramped, they smell bad (due to the pipes and sewage situation in Guanajuato, I believe) and to counter that there's aggressive use of air fresheners, which then mingles with the bad smell. The showers are basically part of the bathroom, not very separate, so after someone showers the whole floor tends to be pretty wet. Also, the main dorm has no real separation with the bathroom so there's little privacy and you can feel some moisture in the room after people have been showering. There are small lockers to put a few things in but won't be enough to fit all your belongings for most travelers. The hostel was pretty empty when I was there, but there's not much common space for socializing if there had been many others.
